Quite nice!
Lovely innkeepers- baked treats in the evening and home cooked hot breakfast! Easy to walk and Close to shops. Dark cozy quiet rooms with comfortable pillows and bed. Forgot to pack our fan and were happily surprised there was one in our closet.

The AC was broken when we arrived and they didnā€™t inform us in advance to give us a chance to rebook somewhere else. They installed window units but they barely worked and they were SO LOUD my boyfriend and I didnā€™t sleep at all. At check in the host didnā€™t give us any property information, was very spacey and forgot to even give us our keys to our room after unlocking it for us. We had to ask her for the keys as she was walking away and for details for breakfast, WiFi, etc. The room itself was fine, nothing special. The bathroom tub had some mold growing around the trim and the shower head was crystallizing. I wouldnā€™t recommend staying here unless youā€™re desperate and donā€™t need to sleep.

This was our first bed amd breakfast and it did not disappoint. A surprise trip for my wife definitely resulted in us planning our next trip there. The host were so welcoming and accommodating, not to mentioned the breakfast we had there was absolutely amazing.

Shelley was an amazing host - went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The property is perfectly situated to walk around St. Michael's or ride their bikes like we did, without being smack dab in the middle of the hubbub. Like all of St. Michael's, it is pricey for what you get but that is understood when you book. It is time for a facelift in the rooms but being in this business too - we understand that it is hard to find time to do that when you are as obviously as busy as they are. Loved the BnB experience of sitting around the breakfast table meeting and talking to the other guests. Always a treat.

Quaint historic property located near everything you would want to see. It comes with its own bikes so you can ride the bike trail nearby. Breakfast was delish. Only concern is that the shades didn't completely cover the windows in our room and bathroom, so we had to drape a towel over them.

Liked: Manager Liz was amazing- very gracious, made us feel welcome. Amazing chef- our breakfast was superb! Disliked: We were in Room 1 on ground floor- facing the street. Room was very cozy and bed was great, but room was noisy from street traffic all day and night. Shower was ok but room and bathroom showed their age- many missing tiles in bathroom. Fireplace was great. If we return we will ask for a room upstairs not facing the busy street.
