Everything was good except the AC did not work in my room. Instead of moving me to another room they brought me a fan which didn’t help much.

The staff were so helpful and accommodating. My son in law's birthday fell during our stay and the staff put complimentary snacks and a card in his room to brighten his day. The breakfast was great and my grandson had a ball in the pool. Definitely will stay again when in the area.

Stopped for a one night stay while traveling and the staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. My room was clean and beautiful with a comfortable king bed (and ample amount of pillows). I had a great sleep!

Breakfast was fantastic. Hotels need more of this style of hot breakfast served in the morning. It was wonderful to see that this still does exist in rural Alberta! Waffles, sausage, eggs, hash browns, cereal, toast, hot coffee and variety of fresh juices. My only criticism is with a staff member who decided to put us in a disabled, wheel chair access room on the main level which lacked some of the amenities we expected. To the hotels credit, they were attempting to accommodate us for an early check-in request as we had a funeral to attend and needed access to the room before the standard check in time of 3PM. We called 24 hours in advance to advise of the early check in and anticipated that this would be enough time to accommodate. When we asked to switch rooms the staff seemed quite annoyed that we made such a request. Flustered, rolling their eyes, etc. We didn't make a big fuss but was a little disappointed in the attitude.

Needs some lights changed out.need to be brighter lights ,seemed a bit dull....may need upgrade onbthe rooms. Hot breakfast was good .good variety of food . Maybe change sausages and hash browns for something else every other day?, a bit of change.....Cindy is always a charm to deal with....thanks willl be back for sure
