Great host/ perfect house for our family
Alan was a great host. We arrived to the area early and when I reached out to him he got right back and let us check in early. The house was perfect for our large family. Tons of space. The kids loved the pool. Good location. The AC wasn’t working properly and Alan got someone out asap and had it fixed and up and running in less than an hour! My wife and I really enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the pool. The 2 large living rooms were also nice to have. Would recommmend!

Great Vacation
Very clean, large bedrooms plus communication with Alan was great! Close to e-bike rentals and Pinellas Bike Trail! Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, plenty of get dining for seafood!!! Plenty of State Parks for walking and gator gazing. Highly recommend this rental and area.

We chose this area of Florida for our family vacation because it is close to my mother-in-law in New Port Ritchie. Our entire vacation was bumpy to say the least with airport delays, luggage on the wrong plane, fishing trip delayed 4-5 times and the AC going out on the last day of our stay! This home was a comfort through the ups and downs! It has plenty of space and the attention to details (beach towels, lot of hangers, etc.) are on point! The location was close to Clearwater Beach, Tampa and other Florida attractions. We were ready to go home early when the AC went out on Friday but Alan was great! He called for AC repairs and came to assess the situation. It was clear the house would not cool back down quickly. Alan set us up in one of their other properties in Hernando Beach for our last night and gave us a credit. The Hernando Beach property was stunning - right on a canal with kayaks! The move saved our family vacation! I would highly recommend any property that Alan manages!!

Comfortable Home in Palm Harbor
This a spacious and nicely furnished home on a cul de sac in the northern part of Palm Harbor. While neighbors are close by (it is Tampa Bay....) it is a quiet neighborhood and presents a relaxed location for any length of stay. A bi-level home with the living area on the upper floor that is fully equipped for anywhere from 2 to 12 people. 4 bedrooms with 2.5 bath rooms. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with king beds, another with a queen bed. The last bedroom has a pull bed with a bunk bed. The huge master bedroom that opens out onto a screened in deck that overlooks the lanai enclosed pool and the remainder of the back yard. We were very impressed with the furnishings and the attention to detail within the house itself. The quality of all of the appliances and the cooking utensils made for an extremely comfortable stay. This is especially appreciated when one is staying for longer than one week! We could not come up with anything in terms of comfort and convenience that you could add to make a stay in this home more enjoyable. The furniture and bedding were extraordinarily comfortable. We certainly felt at home during our entire stay. For us, the gem of the house was the full length screened deck with a southerly exposure off of the back of the house that is accessed from either the master bedroom or the family room/kitchen. In addition to the large family room/kitchen area, there is another large living space at the front of the house.

The house is beautifully furnished and the property management is flawless.
The house is beautifully furnished, is BIG, very very comfortable, and very very very clean. We didn't find a pinch of dust even in the drawers. TV's in all rooms, the beds very comfortable, clean and more than enough towels. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped with all you can ask for in a vacation house. The only issue we found with the house was the stairs (to access the house and the pool). It's very difficult if the family has a member with a disability but if that is not your situation (thank God is not ours either) we can rent this house with your eyes closed. You will not be disappointed!!! Alan is amazing, very professional, and always responds the texts promptly no matter during Thanksgiving time. We would definitely rent this house again or any other under Alan's management.

Vrbo advertised this home with a "Private Heated Swimming Pool". There was mold everywhere on the outside of the doors leading to the deck from the kitchen and master bedroom along with a lot of mold in the basement. The screen on the deck were very dirty and need cleaning. Our daughter got very sick from the mold by the third day that she had to leave and go back home 5 hours away. There are 6 TV's and only one that can be watched as the others ask for registration information. There were no instructions left on how to operate the TV's. A lot of the plug-in electric outlet did not work especially on the left of the kitchen sink. Pool deck very dirty and caused you to have to wash your feet before you could go upstairs. Screen door off the pool to the left side was off the hinges and made it hard to keep the service dog contained. Ants everywhere in the kitchen, termites in the 4X4 post holding the deck up and they were doing a good job of eating the wood. Mold on the ice and water dispenser kitchen refrigerator. Thought about calling the health department with all the health problems especially with there being an unworking hot tube full of water. Roofing nails everywhere in the yard and basement area where we had to walk. But, the furnacing where good, comfortable and clean. Plenty of utensils and pots and pans.

1st Let me start by saying Alan was awesome. Answered texts and calls almost immediately. Very polite and professional The house was fantastic. Palm Harbor area. We even extended for an additional day with ease. beautiful and quiet neighborhood all million plus dollar homes. So If you're looking for a "party" house, keep scrolling. Everything was clean. Extra towels and linen. Beds were all brand new. We had no issues at all. Pool was clean and maintained. 15 minute drive to Honeymoon Island or Greek Town. We will definitely stay here again or at least contact Alan to rent

Amazing location, close to beach, piers, and many beautiful sites!
Host was amazing, in all responses. Host was very welcoming and made contact to make sure all was smooth! Home was well equipped with all essentials. And pool was fun for all, home is a raised ranch and pool entrance is from lower level, which I personally liked because of safety with having kids, and knowing they won’t enter it without an adult present.
