Stains on the sheets. Reaked of smoke in a non smoking room. Burnt cigarette marks on the bed. The lady at the front desk was asleep. Didnt end up staying and never got a refund. 120.00 went to waste!! Never again!

When I checked in and was given my room, I had to go back and change it because the fire alarm battery was dying, so it kept chirping. Then when I checked out at 5:30am, I was told that I had to come back at 8 because that’s when they open the safe. It’s cash deposit only, too. This is completely unreasonable
