Waterfront 2 BR/ 2 BA condo at Harbourside at Marker 33. Our property boasts sweeping views of the Intracoastal from a private balcony, is located across the street from the beach, and resides in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach!

Guests can walk right out of the property and access many local restaurants, bars, and shops. Our condo includes 4 daily water park passes - a $120 per day value! Adults can relax poolside with access to full restaurants and bars on site while children can enjoy the full size water park slides, heated 600 ft lazy river, blue lagoon, and more. Fish all you want off the docks right outside! You'll also enjoy gulf water sunsets from two sundecks facing west.

The interior of 4415 is custom designed with beautiful décor. It's perfect for families or honeymooners alike. The unit has fresh tranquil paint colors and upgraded tile flooring. Everything is new, light, and airy.

Our family of six just returned from our vacation at this perfect little condo near the beach, shops, restaurants, and waterpark. Everything you need is within walking distance, and the condo is clean, modern, and exactly as described in the photos. Cody, the owner, was friendly and easily reachable. Only a call or text away for any questions. He even checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Beach towels, wagon, cooler, and chairs are all provided so you do not have to bring your own. We will definitely do business with this host in the future! Highly recommended!

Perfect Spot
Our family stayed for four nights in this great condo. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful and we would definitely stay again. I loved that we could walk to coffee, restaurants, and the beach and Indian Rocks Beach is a lovely & down to earth little town. The condo is close enough to Clearwater but I was happy to stay in this lower key environment. The unit is spacious and very clean and I think it was even nicer than the photos convey. A couple of things to keep in mind, especially if you're flying in as we did: you will need to purchase/bring t.p., paper towels, etc. as the condo comes with one of each (with one extra per bathroom) and if you check in late at night it can be a bit challenging to navigate. Note that there's a CVS in walking distance which is super convenient. As an fyi the 'storage' unit is actually labelled 'closet' and is outside the front door. We had no issues with parking on the street and it was much easier than the parking structure. My only 'complaint' is that we needed more blankets and the towels are ready to be replaced but it was all very manageable. The hosts have done an excellent job with instructions and ensuring that they are available if you have questions (thank you again :)!!).

This place is perfect in the heart of Indian Rocks just a few blocks off the beach with bars and restaurants close. It was truly paradise for both us and our kids - ages 4, 6, 8 to have access to a free water park, be 2 blocks from the beach and a short ride to Clearwater. Thank you for sharing you slice of paradise with our family!

Cody and Jessica are just the best. This was the first time the owners checked in. The condo was everything they said it would be. It was a great surprise. They were up front and honest, even ablut the parking. The splash harbor is a bonus to this little gem of paradise. Just a wonderful place to vacation.

This condo is one of the best we have ever rented. It was spacious and located on the canal. It was fun sitting on the balcony, watching the boats come in and out. It is also within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. The beach was also close enough to walk to. We would definitely rent it again.

The unit was well maintained, week appointed and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils, etc needed to cook meals The location is ideal with plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Easy access to the beach as well. What a view
Everything at this condo was great and clean. Our patio had the best view. Our little enjoyed the waterpark, my husband and I enjoyed the tiki bar and my 13 yr old son loved to fish. Beds were comfortable too. Bonus! Great location. Not super touristy but lots of fun local places.

Very responsive owner and awesome apartment
The actual apartment and owners were amazing. Apartment was clean, all the essentials available for our use. Owner was absolutely great and hospitable and very reaponsive. One if the best hostess. The property is conveniently closed to the beach. The parking garage and actual park were crowded with many people visiting from other hotels and local area. So if you dont mind a diversity of people and crowds this is the place to stay.

Wonderful location, close to beach and water
This unit was beautifully maintained. We loved the location and cleanliness of the unit. The storage closet with beach items was a huge plus for our family. The only setback for us was the water park was very crowded at times. It was difficult with younger children to navigate this and took away from the small town feel. Indian Rocks Beach is beautiful and there are multiple small businesses within walking distance. We walked almost everywhere we went during our stay! Overall still a great stay!

The condo was great, plenty of room for the 4 of us . Nice views from the balcony, watched the dolphins swim by each morning. Water park was great, our granddaughter loved it. The beach just a few minute walk and the use of beach cart, chairs and umbrella was a bonus. Cody was quick on responding to our questions. Would stay again.

Family vacation.
Clean and updated unit. Plenty of room for 4 to 6 people. The balcony is awesome overlooking the intercostal waterway. Saw dolphins several times. Parking is tight but adequate. Water park included was a lot of fun. I couldn’t find anything wrong with the property. The elevator is old and slow. Plenty of food options that are close. Spent one morning at the beach. Quick walk to beach. I may come back next year if we decide to go to Florida. They owners are awesome and accommodating.

Something for Everyone!
Our trip to Cody and Jessica's condo was fantastic!!! When our plane landed we were greeted with a kind text message from Cody letting us know the property was ready for us to check-in. The directions on how to access the property were clear and we got right in. The unit was very clean (and we are admittedly picky)! Cody checked-in during the week and was responsive on our one question regarding check-out procedure, but everything is so thoughtfully put together we never really needed his assistance! The location is great, with a five minute walk to the beach and Splash Harbour only an elevator ride away. I would take our daughter to Splash Harbour in the morning, and then hit the beach in the afternoon once my wife was up and moving with our beach bags packed! Splash Harbour is open to the public and serves alcohol, so it gets a diverse crowd with some groups settling in for the day and others like us doing a pre or post-beach dip. It is well-staffed with a great lazy river and two big slides as well as nice area with smaller slides for the kids! There are famous restaurants and bars a short distance away, as well as a VERY well-stocked CVS that made life easy when we needed an odd ball item at different times. Overall, would highly recommend this property! Great stay from our initial contact through check-out! Larry H.
