Welcome to our beautiful condo where you can relax in beautiful 1 bedroom apartment on a ground floor( no stairs)in gated community "Avalon at Clearwater". Additional opportunity to accommodate 3 to 4 guests in a living room on a sleeper sofa with blackout curtains for better sleep. Bedroom with queen size bed, 43" smartTv with Roku over looking pool and new celining fan. Large bathroom with walk-in closet. For your convenience, I fully equip the kitchen with anything you will need to make a homemade meal, and a new Keurig coffee machine. There's also a washer and dryer, iron , and iron board. Anything you will need to enjoy your vacations is provided: linens, bath towels, pillows, extra blanket. For your entertainment there is 50" smart TV with ROKU and high speed internet. Just added a dartboard for little entertainment in the screen on the patio.

We recently spent 30 days at this Avalon property. Ten out of ten stars!!! Magdalena was quickly available for any questions or need. Her priority was our happiness. The location in Clearwater is near everything you could possibly want. Ten minutes from the beach and minutes from great restaurants and retail areas. The condo is modern, clean, well stocked and steps from the heated community pool. The property is surrounded by palm trees, foliage, and beautiful flowers. We feel like we chose the best possible place for our vacation.

Spacious property, well provisioned, clean & fantastic location with a lovely host. Only negative feedback ; original check in a little confusing at 11pm in the dark as wasn’t sure whereabouts the property was, a map would be super helpful. A clothes airer or line to dry any washing would again be helpful. Neither were an issue or detracted from our stay.
