The Peacock is a sweet little kitschy condo. If you don’t like cookie cutter hotel rooms or condos with no personality this is the place for you. Small but with plenty of space for amenities, Lisa has thought of everything.

Great location - nice dog park right down the street, and many locations (craft beer, restaurants, etc.) are very close by and accessible by bicycle. Quiet and safe neighborhood as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Decent for Short Stay, not an Extended Stay
This was a decent place, but not nearly as nice as the 5-star reviews led me to believe. It is an "historic" neighborhood and is an old home that has been divided into several apartments. Although there are some updates, think "quaint", not "modern." It is SMALL! Very limited storage space. Tiny shower. The bed was comfortable, but otherwise the furnishings were a bit shabby. And you can hear everything from the other units (two of which are separated only by closed and locked doors.) We liked to location - as noted, it is walking distance to a nice city park and several bars and restaurants, and only a short drive away from the heart of downtown. Also convenient to visit Tampa, St Pete Beach, Clearwater and Anna Maria Island. But we were there for 18 nights and it was not comfortable or convenient for that long of a stay.

St Pete vacation getaway
We couldn’t of picked a better place to stay, clean and tidy. Very quiet neighborhood and excellent location, 2 blocks from a nice city park with path around lake, then a few more blocks East you’ll find TampaBay with the new St Pete Pier. This well maintained property is convenient to all of St. Petersburg. Close to a great park for walking and exercising. The management is responsive and helpful. We spent 4 days here as a base to travel around both St Pete and Tampa. Close to beaches, hiking, city activities and beaches.

Great Location
This spot is perfect if you plan to explore the area. Short drive to downtown St. Pete, multiple beaches, state parks, and spring training baseball fields. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a small park close by if you want to get out and walk. The house was clean and comfortable and was the perfect place for my husband and I to spend a few days in this great city.

Beautiful home that had everything we could ever need! The kitchen is stocked, beds are cozy and my kids were so excited that there was a TV in every room :) We had fun at the community pool, hot tub and park. Our family had a great time, thank you for letting us stay!
