great little cottage steps from the beach
My family stayed here while visiting IRB for a few days. The house was very clean with comfortable beds. It was equipped with beach gear (toys, chairs, towels, umbrella, etc). The check in process was very easy and straight forward.

Great spot!
Great location right on the beach! This cottage had everything we were looking for. Even had several beach chairs and umbrellas we were able to use so we didn’t have to purchase any just for our stay. Very clean, owner had great communication and we certainly would like to stay here again.

GREAT LOCATION!
Such a cute place to stay! So clean everything you need. Only heads up, the second bedroom is more like a sleeping nook with no door or even a curtain for any privacy. The room is right off the kitchen, living room. Other than that would stay here again for sure!!

Quaint, beautiful getaway
We had such a wonderful stay at the cottage. The owner is so great at communicating & incredibly kind. Everything was clean & comfortable and we appreciated having beach towels & equipment available to us. The beach is absolutely fantastic & steps away. You can get amazing coffee & muffins just a short walk away and there are many shops & restaurants easily accessible by car or trolley. It was the perfect escape!

Perfect Little Community
We loved this cottage -- steps from the beach, friendly neighbors, and the two community cats who greeted us each morning. The cottage was immaculately clean and comfortable. And second only to being beachfront was its central location. We'd happily stay here again!

Jorge was a great Host. He checked in to make sure we arrived and asked if we needed anything and also Messaged us night before we left and told us to have a safe trip home. Never had a host do this.. His Cottage was very clean with very nice comfortable furniture and right on the beach. Everything you need is there.. just Grab your groceries or there’s Lots of great places to eat within walking distance..We Loved this Cottage and it came with great permanent neighbors. We hope to return in the Fall.. Thanks Jorge for a great and Peaceful Week.. ☀️🐚😘

This was a wonderful place for my family for the week. It was small, cozy and peaceful. The beach was just steps from the house, and easy to make trips back and forth to the room with small children. The beach here isn’t crowded at all, and putt putt is right across the street! Owner stayed in contact and would have been easy to reach if needed.

AMAZING Place!!!
Our trip was for our family of 3. The host and owner, Jorge, was the best host we’ve ever had. Very easy to get in contact with, on the one or 2 random occasions we needed to ask a question. Jorge was very quick to respond and was very accommodating. The cottage itself was absolutely perfect! Having the additional room, even without the door, was great. We brought a shower rod and curtain for our daughters privacy. It still allowed for air flow as well which worked out perfectly. The space in the cottage was more than enough for us. It was well stocked with towels for use after showering as well as beach towels. There were beach toys, beach noodles, beach chairs and umbrellas. It was also stocked with plenty of cleaning supplies, spices for cooking, blankets for relaxing on the sofas that recline after a long day at the beach. The laundry room was within steps of our door which made it easy to get the laundry done. After spending time at the beach, it was super helpful to have the water hose next to the door so we could hose off the chairs and ourselves and not have to track sand inside. It was super comfortable and we hope that it’s available for our trip next year because you can’t get a more comfortable, quiet spot that is within walking steps of the beach with friendly neighbors! Thank you, Jorge, for making this a wonderful vacation for our family!

Best Vacation Ever
We loved our little beach house, it was super cute and just steps from the beach. The house had everything we needed and the stores and restaurants were very close. There is a really cool pirate putt putt across the street and you can feed the alligators. The neach house itself was so cute, all of the neighbors were extremely friendly and helpful. The beach house is just steps from the beach and there is beach chairs and sand buckets available at the beach house. One night my son and I took the beach chairs and our blankets we brought with us the the beacjlh at night. It was so amazing you could see every star you ever thought was in that sky, the ocean sounded and looked beautiful at night also. There are lots of shells especially if you check out the beach early am. There is also a spot across the street you could watch sunrises and of course Florida has the best sunsets and this beach house is steps from that enjoyment. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends and I definitely want to come back. Also if you come to this area, check out Captain Greg from Sea N Things, he has personal boat tours, we did the sandbar and seen at least 8 dolphins then we did the sunset one and it was the most amazing sunset we've ever seen. He's very knowledgeable and friendly.

Cozy Cottage
This cozy little cottage was just perfect for out quick weekend stay at the beach for myself, my sister, mom and daughter. It smelled so nice when we arrived and was very clean! It’s decorated so cute with beach decor and was well stocked with lots of towels (we have stayed at rentals in the past with only a few towels)! It was very conveniently located with a very short walk down to the beach, but also to the cute little coffee shop or pizza place across Gulf Blvd. We had a very heavy rain while we stayed and had some issue with the ceiling dripping in the living room , but when I contacted the owner just to let him know he called me immediately and apologized. -wasn’t his fault but he was very nice. I will definitely be coming back to stay here in the future.

We enjoyed the cottage immensely. Just a few steps to the beach. The cottage was neat and clean with no issues. The restaurants were a few miles away but the trolley stops just a few steps away if you need that service. The neighbors were friendly and informative about the area too.
