Nestled within the TradeWinds Island Grand Resort, Bluegreen at Tradewindsguests have access to all on-site amenities including eleven food and beverage outlets, live entertainment at Sharktooth Tavern and five heated pools, hot tubs and a children's pool. TradeWinds Island Grand Resort offers plenty of opportunities for adult diversions and an extensive calendar of family activities. No way to dry out anything
Very wet, no balcony, no exhaust fan for bathroom. Felt like you were tent camping it was so damn in the bed. Also construction everywhere, they said things were included when they weren’t. This was a timeshare and the workers would not stop asking who the owner of the timeshare was. The vrbo owner would not give that information. Stressed entire time if we would get kicked out.

When we arrived we found out our room wasn’t available for all 4 nights we would have to move. We were never told about it. Otherwise the pools and the hotel are nice. Great way to spend time in Florida

We stay at the Tradewinds every year. Great amenities and comfortable room. While there is construction in the Brekenridge building it did not disturb us, even being on the second floor. Will be back.

Not a great experience
The building we were assigned to was under construction. Very noisy, no ice, and no one ever cleaned the room or brought in clean towels. We had to find someone to get us towels daily. The main pool smelled like rotten garbage. The staff was not friendly or helpful. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this place.

This place is amazing. Kids had so much to do. Beautiful beach. Plenty of things to do on the resort and off the resort. Only regret, we didn’t stay longer

Room was clean and good space but wifi was horrible. Close to beach and many amenities however it is a very dated room and the main lobby is under construction. Once renovated will likely be a great place to stay.

Wonderful resort
Beachfront property with comfortable beach cabanas. Excellent staff from front desk, bartenders and the beach staff carrying the cushions and finding us the perfect place to sit. The flying bridge service was excellent and food and drinks were great. Our room was very outdated but the beds were comfortable. There is some construction going on in the Breckenridge building where our room was. We had a great view of the bay and sunrises from our room.

Construction wasn’t pleasant but we were warned in advance. This is definitely a three generation resort. Lots of small children running around and many activities for them. We were not interested in the giant beach blowups, beach ziplines, and pirate activities. Our accommodation was dated but fairly clean. The mattresses could be replaced and the carpet should be replaced with tiles. The beach itself is great.

Great BabyMoon!
My husband and I booked this trip to have a relaxing “babymoon”. Although the room was a bit outdated, it was clean and we were still comfortable. The property was beautiful between the multiple pools and beautiful beach with cabana. The pool had entertainment as well with bingo and trivia which we enjoyed. We had a minor issue with check in where we had to check in and out due to the hotel having us as a split stay. This wasn’t communicated to us, thankfully resort share took care of this issue in a fair manner. There is construction going on right now in the lobby but it wasn’t a big deal. We are already looking forward to coming back one day!

No room number on the key envelope after check in...unable to use app...map print-out did not include both properties...attraction hours not provided or informed. Dated depictions on website. Children are best served away from the bar seating areas. (More patience and significantly quicker service.) Most "fun" family activities are located at Rum Fish. MOM RADAR ALERT FOR SAFETY CONCERNS. SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING.
