Directly on the Sand - Sunset Beach, Treasure Island, Florida

[NOTE: Hurricane Helene washed away the pool we used to have and we have not replaced it, but there are old photos of it on the internet that I can't remove. Other damage from the storm was limited to the garage, which will be repaired by February 1, 2025,]

Relaxed elegance directly on exclusive sandy Sunset Beach! 3 bedrooms with 1 king and 2 queen beds, plus queen sleepers in beachfront loft, master suite and living room, accommodate 8+ guests beautifully. New mattresses and box springs as of November, 2021. Two of the bedrooms are separated by a loft. A description of the floor plan will be provided upon request.

Recently replaced all windows with double pane energy efficient glass, replaced and painted all siding and replaced all insulation, mattresses and box springs and both A/C units.

Enjoy the pool table room or cook up a romantic gourmet meal in the large and lovely kitchen featuring granite counters and stainless appliances. Walk or (short) drive to restaurants, parks and entertainment, but make sure you are back for the spectacular sunsets! The townhome is furnished with all of the conveniences of home, including garage with washer and dryer. It is one of only two townhomes in the building.

The unit is dog friendly, and children are welcome but need to be monitored. There is a pet fee of $100 per dog and I'll need to know the number, size and breed of the dog(s) and approve them. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT FINAL UNTIL A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS RECEIVED AND COUNTERSIGNED BY OWNER.

[NOTE: There are three floors of living space above the garage and lots of stairs, so this rental may not be suitable for the elderly or mobility challenged. Also, the condo association limits reservation to not more than 8 (excluding infants) even though the house easily sleeps 10 or more. Please do not inquire if you have more than 8 in your party.] Rates listed are for 6-person occupancy. Extra persons (up to two) require an additional charge of $35/night plus sales and tourist tax (13% combined).

Perfect location and beautiful view
This home is directly on the beach. Location is close to all you need. Night life and great food. House is fully stocked with all you need. Lots of towels, dishes and appliances. Homeowner responded to all concerns very quickly. Yet we didn’t feel invasion of privacy. Other places we have felt uncomfortable by being on constant surveillance. This property was private yet secure and comfortable. We also loved that sleeping quarters were all separated providing privacy as well We had an amazing stay and would definitely return!!

True Gem!!
This is the second summer that we have stayed at this house on Sunset Beach. As many others have attested, the location of this place is incredible. Our family of 6 really enjoyed spending time together here, whether it was on the back porch overlooking the gulf, in the gulf, in the pool, or simply walking the beach. This place has everything we needed to have a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation! It really is a true gem of natural beauty!

Awesome stay!
This is the third time we've stayed at this property. There simply isn't a better place at this price. Some say the inside can use some updating, but I think it adds to the charm of the property. Also, you're going to (or should!) be spending most of your time at the beach, which is literally steps away. Can't wait to stay here again!

We always go to CA for the beaches (since we live in NV) but lately we have tried out beaches on the east coast, and this one certainly did not disappoint. The house is in a perfect location and literally just steps to the beach, we can't say enough good things, we will DEFINTELY be back!

Rustic, charming, water’s edge beach house
This home is exactly what we were hoping for when we booked our vacation. Phil was a responsive host and answered questions promptly. We were greeted with flowers and a bottle of wine. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of linens and beach towels. The pool was clean and beautiful. We had quiet neighbors. But the highlight is the proximity to the water’s edge, the seashells, and the sunsets. The photos accurately depict the inside and outside of the house. The stairs might be a problem for some guests. The loft bedroom could present a privacy issue for multiple couples. All things considered, this was our idea of a perfect beach vacation and we hope to stay here again.

We had a great time. I would rate the house a 5 star, but the pool was dirty. The pool guy came but did not take out the needles, so we cleaned them out. The owner was very helpful. The bedrooms had an open concept that lacked privacy, but we liked talking to each other so easily.

We absolutely loved this home. We have stayed at many homes and condos on the beach but this one was the best by far! private pool and a step or two from the beach. It needs some updating but most of the time was spent outside anyway.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a lovely house right on the beach. We loved to watch the beautiful sunset each night. The house was neat, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a great week staying at the property. Everything was as Phil noted, and we had no issues the entire week. The AC kept it cool in the heat of the day, and at night on all levels of the house. It was nice to have a washer and dryer available as well. He had a great stock of beach towels, chairs, and other items for the beach. I would recommend bringing some umbrellas, the sun was intense! Plenty of shells to find along the beach also! We had a couple days of very calm water, where you could go out in the water to the sandbar, and search for shells also. We spotted dolphins a couple days as well. Caddy’s was a short walk to grab some food, and the grocery is less than a mile away, when we decided to cook. The traffic in the area was very reasonable, much less than what I was expecting during a peak week of the season. We visited Sea Dog Brewing, Caddy’s, Shells, and got carry out from Michael and Vito’s Pizzeria, and Sea Hag’s. We walked the beach every day, listened to the ocean, and generally did a lot of relaxing at the condo. We had a great time!

Location Location Location
It was hard to leave that view behind. The house perfectly located on Sunset beach. The beach was not crowded and had amazing weather the whole time. You can walk the beach see all the beautiful shells or walk to caddy's for snack and beverage. The house was clean upon arrival and check in was a breeze, the owner made it super simple. The pool and pool table was a high light for the kids, they used them both for hours on end. The house is dated some compared to other properties we have stayed at in the area but was a none issue. The only thing was awkward about the property is the layout of the bedrooms. We were able to view the house that is the rental next door and the space was better utilized. I would recommend this place to any family who wants the convenience of being right on the beach in a safe neighborhood.
