They never checked me in
When I went to check in the front desk mentioned my reservation was prematurely canceled and that Hotels dot com sent me a refund. I was not able to stay and I do not see the refund.

The property is charming and quaint.The area around the property is lovely to walk around and enjoy shopping and dining. I would suggest that the hotel provide coffee in the mornings. The small outdoor restaurant downstairs has good food.

Very disappointing
Disappointing. Room has seen better days. Mold in bathroom. Missing one of the towel rods in the bathroom. Headboard coming apart, hallway carpet stained. Hot water was warm at best without using any cold water. Very noisy at night. No usb ports in room. Parking meters in front are turned into valet parking at 5 pm. Could be a real gem of a hotel. Would not recommend.

Liked the convenience and Neuva restaurant. I’m into art deco which was cool. The evening manager tried to help as best he could. Downside was trying to get hot water for showers, housekeeping doesn’t know how to make beds, stains on the walls, linens got progressively worse, although clean, we did not have power to some plugs or TV the last day. We knew the area as we had lived there but were disappointed that this wonderful place is in such disrepair!

Hotel smells musky and stale. Beds were horrible. Giant ridge down the middle, precenting us from sleeping without falling against each other constantly. Bathrooms are tiny and pretty hard to use. Not worth the savings of a cheap room.

Room is fine. Didn’t expect it to be 5 Star, but there’s no hot water & TV doesn’t work on a consistent basis. Room not serviced even though we put a doorknob hanger request out. We think we should get a discount on the room. Hot water & TV are basic services we expect.

Probably wouldn’t have been my first choice but after being evacuated from Indian Rocks Beach due to Hurricane Helene, it was a fair option. The room was dated & more furniture would of been helpful but it was in a good location.
