I had the most frightening experience getting stuck in the elevator with my small child. And our bed was filthy. This hotel needs maintenance & a deep cleaning. It seems there is an overall lack of care.

Friendly staff. If you put the best people into a broken process, the process will win every time. Began at check in. We arrived at close to 5p and our room wasn’t ready. Person at desk took my cell number but never called. My family and I walked around, waiting for the call. We were hot and tired and wanted get checked in so we could go to dinner. We finally checked with desk at 6p and the room was ready. No one called as promised. No washcloths or fresh towels were available from Friday until Monday. The truck hadn’t arrived. Same with coffee. The truck that delivered coffee was a day late. Both treadmills in the gym were broken. Beautiful grounds and location, but for the price, I expected much better.

The unit it self was nice however, you can clearly see it was not being cleaned correctly as there was mold in the corners of the showers. The check in process was terrible! Everyone was waiting on there unit to be cleaned well after the check in time of 4pm. We were all told that check in if from 4pm - 6am meaning that the room can be ready anywhere between those time!

Travelled with family
Pros: spacious rooms, kitchen and living room, full washer and dryer, good water pressure. Cons: very limited parking, outdated rooms, dirty couches. Power went out but no one bothered to tell us, after power came on elevators were out still. Staff didn’t bother to help to bring things down 5 flights of stairs. Very inconvenient when having to travel with children and being rushed to check out because they need the parking for other guests.
