Very dirty. Not clean.

I understand they are still recovering from the hurricane but our suit was filthy. Not just from some minor things but from long term neglect. Black mold inside toilet bowl and dark dirt stains all around the edges of the rooms from missed mopping and cleaning. I tried 5 times to contact the manager but she was never available. Finally found her and did get the last night canceled.

The condo needed a few small things fixed. They had to replace our thermostat. The master bathroom toilet wouldn't always flush. Overall the accommodations and view were nice. Would definitely come back.

The property was dated and one of the pools and hot tubs was not working. They moved the receptionist room to the second floor becuase of hurricane damage and signage was not clear where to go. Otherwise, the amenities in the room were fine and the beds were comfy!

I understand the recovery form the huracane, but sitll tey should be paing more attention to details.

The property was clean, I felt like the kitchen could have been better stocked and maybe the dishwasher detergent should be changed, as there was soap cloudiness on the glassware.

We had a great stay… probably the best room we could have been given. The only concern was for the hotel itself and the ongoing repairs they are having to make due to the recent hurricane. This was probably the only reason the area and rooms were not as clean as usual… not the hotel’s fault

Everything was good until I turned on the tv after dinner. No signal and no one to fix it. Elevator didn’t work so had to lug luggage up stairs. Check in on 2nd floor and not well marked or directions.

We love the low-key location on treasure Island, and walk ability. We especially loved the access to the beach for wonderful evening sunsets we also utilized the trolley system and didn’t need a car

The property is pretty dated and not clean. Our unit could have used a deep cleaning, dusty lamp shades etc, dirty Q-tip in hallway, the sofa was covered in stains, shower light and oven vent light burnt out, closet door off track. Could hear the guests above us moving chairs.
