I came for an 80th birthday celebration of a dear friend along with several other friends and family. My friend had stayed at the Inn last year and suggested I stay there. When I called the staff were cheerful, friendly, helpful, and professional and when I arrived, they were just like that! The place is so comfortable, cute, well decorated, room was so very comfortable and perfect size for me. I loved it!!! I will definitely return when I visit St. Pete. One of the best places close to downtown St. Pete. Keep up the great work! You are a gem and an asset to the community.

What an awesome location in the heart of St. Petersburg. You’re basically located right in between all of the cool things to do and there are two FREE transit trollies easy walking distance from the front door.   That front door will almost always be opening for you because the concierge Bryan (assuming the owner or one of the owners) rushes out when he sees you coming so that you don’t have to get your scan card out. He’s always open to conversation and has a good read on when to keep it short and pleasant. Same with the gentleman (we think Ed) that operates the evening shift. Super friendly guys that contributed to making our stay a memorable one, especially Bryan, who we had the opportunity to speak to throughout our stay, including our last day during breakfast and past breakfast lol. Tasty continental type of breakfast with some hot eats is provided every morning in the front seating area.   The rooms are all uniquely furnished in a nice old time meets modern amenity type of décor considering it’s an older building. A tad smaller than most hotel rooms but they were super comfortable and met our needs. We originally picked this place because of the Inn type of ambiance where everyone is respectful and the noise level is kept to a minimum regardless of what time of day or night it is. Plenty of parking located right beside the Inn. I’d definitely stay here again and easily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We were well taken care of.

Loved this place!
Best place that I’ve stayed in a long time. I loved the continental breakfast. They have really good coffee! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved looking at the pictures of St. Pete that were hung in the hallways. I’d recommend this place for anyone staying in downtown St. Pete.

We had a fantastic stay at the Inn on Third! Great location, close enough to walk around the downtown area but far enough from any noise. The owners are great people, made us feel right at home. Small but functional room, with everything needed for our stay. Really happy that we chose this hotel and we hope to visit again.

Always a great stay at this quaint inn! The owners are the coolest people! Super convenient to the St Pete "strip" with eveything you could need in easy walking distance. Rooms are basic but clean and quiet. Nice continental breakfast and a happy hour in the evening with beer, wine, and small appetizers. A+ stay and highly recommend!!
