Clean and convenient to all
This hotel location was great, close to all attractions, the hotel staff was awesome!!! The breakfast was great and rooms were spacious and very clean. We just loved out stay and will come back for sure.

Отель устал
Номерной фонд выглядит подуставшим, требующий ремонта, номер дали неудобный, угловой,вид из окна на глухую стену соседнего дома и стоянку, да ещё и на окно соседнего номера. В номере нет кондиционера, приходилось открывать окно, ночью раздолье комарам, хотя и включали фумигатор, помогало мало. Над кроватями нет бра, только верхний свет, что тоже неудобно. Кому-то хочется спать, кому-то почитать, а выбора нет. Во входной двери приличная щель, подруге в глаза светил свет, пробивающийся сквозь эту щель из коридора, ощущения не из приятных. Заплатили мы за 4 ночи 14400 рублей, согласитесь цена и качество несовместимы. Номер у нас был забронирован 334, приезжала в этот отель в 2018 году, жила на этом же этаже, в номере с балконом, когда меня все устроило. Сейчас нет.

Noisy hotel
Needs an update, new doors into rooms and better beds. Avoid same floor as reception because they make a terrible noise al night and have no respect for guests sleeping!! Good location but not worth the price. Walls and door are similar to a tent..

Обман с WI-FI. В номере его нет. К отельной сети гаджеты не подключаются, выдают ошибку. Один раз вызвали на ресепшене айтишника , он пришел, под вечер в вскр. Утром сеть опять была недоступна. На респшене скащали примерно следующее: "вызывать его больше не будем, он приходящий. На втором этаже есть WI-FI, приходите на 2-й этаж и подключайтесь здесь". Но в условиях бронирования у меня написано "бесплатный интернет в номере", а не на ресепшене 2-го этажа ..или в холле 4-го этажа..

Great location and people working there. Their English is so so, but no issue communicating and tried their best to make it a nice stay. I was on the 4th floor so we internet wasn't working proplerly which was an annoyance, but otherwise good stay.

Ночевать можно, но без восторга. Дороговато за это
Отель в шаговой доступности от Московского вокзала. Здание старое, фасад немного не свежий, внутри отремонтированное,4 этажа без лифта. Номер на двоих плюс рпбенок. Мебель простая, не новая, кое где слегка пошарпаная. Кровати сдвижные полуторки без спинок, изголовье в виде плиты двп прикрепленной к стене. Слишком мягкие и двигаются при переворачивании, спать не очень удобно. Кое где сломаные или ослабленные крепежные элементы: настенных светильников, зеркала в ванной, стойки душа. Ребенок спал на развижном кресле, старом и жестковатом. Дверь санузла с расклеивающимся шпоном, без следов попытки восстановить, и подклеить. Завтрак: бутерброды с колбасой, сыром, йогурт, чай, растворимый кофе и все. Телевизор с кинескопом. Холодильник тотько на втором этаже. Есть кулер на этаже. Есть маленький балкончик над Ул. Восстания, один на 2 номера, разделенный перилами.
