Good but do not leave your window open
The hotel was overall nice, with a bar downstairs which had a great offer for breakfast. The only problem was the market situated behind the hotel. We had our rooms straight above it and, keeping the window open during the warm June nights, we woke up with sounds and loud music from the market. Moreover, our room wasn’t cleaned for the duration of our stay, even though we put out the sign for it. In average it was a good hotel and the room was spacey and nice.

Good but horrible bed!
We stayed in this hotel for a total of 4 nights in April. Heater was good and the location is excellent. The cons of this hotel is mainly the bed! You could literally feel the wires from the mattress. Also, at times the halls can have a weird smell but it's all gone once you enter your room. Wall are thins. Bathroom: a) you have to keep asking for shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper if you stay for several days as they don't do daily cleaning in your room. b) the bathroom has a weird odor. c) when you take a shower it is highly possible that the water can get all over the bathroom. In general we were ok with the hotel as we are not that demanding, except for the bed, but I'm just stating the facts for future reference. And well, the price was really good. I will recommend this maybe for 1 or 2 nights, no more.

Сложно было найти отель, номер телефона постоянно занят. В отеле требовали подтверждение оплаты, хотя комната была заказана и оплачена заранее через hotels.com. До 9 утра администратора в отеле нет. Охрана в здании недружелюбная (на вопросы об отеле отвечают, что не имеют к нему отношения).

В общем проживанием остались довольны! От метро 5 минут пешком, расположение в центре города! Приветливый персонал... Что не понравилось: 1. Вблизи отеля расположены торговые ряды и судя по всему туалета там нет и очень облюбовали все уголок рядом со входом в отель... Запах не очень приятный 2. Чистота в санузле желает лучшего 3. В описание заявлена ежедневная уборка номера... Проживали в выходные и этого не заметили 4. Окна большие и дует из них тоже неплохо 5. Плоховата звукоизоляция... Слушал храп через стенку пол ночи! В принципе, за такие деньги отель стоит внимания, только расположение чего стоит! Тем более все ездят на отдых, а не в отеле сидеть... Но тем не менее, если что-то заявлено в описании - оно должно быть!

Отель имеет прекрасное расположение: в пешей доступности все достопримечательности. Но также в непосредственной близости находится Апраксин двор (половина окон отеля выходит на рынок). В отеле весьма чисто, но присутствует неприятный запах фанеры (в номере). Туалетные принадлежности по минимуму (одна емкость с мылом). К сожалению слышимость в номерах высокая. Персонал очень приветлив. Wi-fi хорошо работает. Завтрак приносят в номер (можно также питаться в ресторанчике внизу). Отель вполне сгодится, чтобы остановиться на несколько дней.

Отель простой и хороший. Номер кроме холодильника имеет все. Хорошая двуспальная кровать (чтобы выспаться), душ и туалет в номере. На этаже автомат со снеками и кулер с горячей и холодной водой, чай и кофе бесплатно. По акции мой день в отеле обошелся мне всего в 649 руб - Для центра Питера просто СКАЗКА!!!

Good budget place
Place was really good, near Gostiny Dvor, and hotel is located in second floor. There was smelling mildew in corridor but in room I didnt notice anything strange. In reception they don´t speak english so if you can speak some russian it would help. After all I would recommend this place if you can handle smell of mildev in corridor. And that´s why I will give 4 points of 5.
