A very dirty hotel, totally unprofessional business and staff, no toilet paper, no clean towels, no extra pillows or sheets, no house keeping, broken doors, ZERO customer service, ZERO help, beware of false advertisement ( room pictures totally different from what you will get ), bad attitude unfriendly manager, staff, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!

Hard to get hold of
We had a hard time checking in, and we came during the business hours...no one answered on our call at the gate, when we dialed 2 listed phones we got “ temporarily out of service” message. We had to come back later, luckily local resident let us thru the gate, and we just camped by the office entrance until some one came by letting us know that they were too busy cleaning other units. Same with check out, we just left the key in drop box by the office door as we could not get hold off any one. The room was comfortable and clean.

A phenomenal location cost to all the big sites.
Great staff. The room being located on a courtyard keep the noise level way down and very quiet yet the building is in the heart of St. Peterburg and near major roads. A great value. Staff Elena and Veronica helped us find great ballet tickets and taxi service when needed.

Location, location, location
The rooms in a excellent location in the center of Saint Petersburg. The room is very comfortable with you enough space and very clean bathroom. We had access to an auxiliary kitchen in case we wanted to cook or a have some food in the room. The only part that we didn't like is that the staff didn't speak a word of English and we had a hard time trying to communicate.

Impossível ficar lá, lugar sujo, ambiente estranho, chegamos e as cobertas estavam jogadas dentro do armário sem dobrar, cozinha cheia de mofo, pessoa levou mais de meia hora para atender a porta e atendeu quando já estávamos desistindo. Quando vimos o quarto decidimos ir para outro hotel, e o pior, o hotéis.com não quis me reembolsar! As fotos são totalmente diferentes do que realmente é e o site ainda ficou do lado do hotel.

Мини-отель расположен во внутреннем дворе, отгороженном от улицы запирающимися воротами. Рядом с домом, в котором расположен мини-отель - ст. м. "Адмиралтейская"; до Адмиралтейства, Исакиевского собора, Дворцовой площади - не более 10 минут пешей прогулки. Сам мини-отель представляет собой несколько отреставрированных многокомнатных квартир на разных этажах одного из подъездов (парадных) дома. Номер, в котором мы проживали, был небольшим, но довольно уютным: удобная кровать, чайник в номере + пакетированный чай и сахар, мини-холодильник (которым мы не воспользовались, так как он был не вполне чистым). В номере не было мыла и геля для душа-шампуня. :( Горячая вода из водонагревателя, расположенного в номере, который изначально был настроен на нагрев воды не более +45 С, из-за чего горячая вода быстро закончилась. Пришлось самим разбираться в настройках бойлера и ждать повторного нагрева новой порции горячей воды. Номер при за селении был убран, но в целом его чистота, к сожалению, оставляла желать лучшего. Персонал мини-отеля был очень отзывчив: дождались нашего позднего заезда (предварительно они сами связались по телефону и уточнили время нашего заезда), а также позволили оставить вещи на стойке ресепшн до вечера. Из пожеланий владельцам мини-отеля: по возможности, уделейте больше внимания чистоте помещений, а также состоянию номеров (отдельные элементы интерьера требуют обновления или ремонта).

★좋은점: 궁전 광장 도보로5분/ 에르미타쥐 도보6분/ 성이삭성당 도보7분/넵스키 대로 인접.. 관광하기 최상의 위치입니다. 전형적인 러시아식 ㅁ자 건물구조라 안쪽뜰이 있어서 나무소리와 새소리를 들을 수 있음. 아파트형식의 호텔이라 프라이버시 잘 지켜짐. 의외로 넓은 내부 ★나쁜점: 리셉션이 영어를 전혀 이해못함(+호텔 간판이 러시아어). 호텔입구 찾기가 최대의 난관+찾기 매우매우매우매우 여러움. (저는 체크인을 위해 러시아시민 5명의 도움을 받아 1시간만에 겨우 체크인 성공;) 청소관리 안되어있고 수건과 세면용품 리필이 안됨. 방문의 잠금장치 열고 잠그기가 어려움.(360도로 돌아가2번 잠기는 열쇠구조/180도마다 한번씩 잠긴다, 총2번의 잠금장치) 러시아어가 가능한 사람만 이 호텔을 이용하길 바람

Sehr Zentral, zwei Minuten zur Metro-Station
Das Hotel befindet sich im Hinterhof. Etwas schwer es zu finden. Doch im allgemeinen ist das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.
