The worst accommodation we have stayed in.

A complaint regarding the stay was down to hotel.com not explain there are 2 types of accommodation, one being in the main hotel and the other in what can be described as a studio with a sink. The place we stayed had a laminate floor in a very poor condition, the bathroom very small and grubby, the bathroom door would not close, in all a very disappointing 2 day stay. Unless you stay in the hotel donā€™t book. The AC smelt of stale tobacco and un@ble to use after giving me an asthma attack. Looked like the accommodations were for men only. Felt like a refugee. Should have gone to Ibis.

Mauvais depart. L'hƓtesse daccueil minforme que jai ete facturƩ 2 fois. Jai demandƩ dannuler voire me rembourser lune des 2. Sa reponse: je ne peux rien. Cest le logiciel de reservation. Voyez avec le proprietaire . Je sais bien qu'elle pouvez refuser une des 2 facturations ou me rembourser. Comment fait elle quand une reservation faite en surbooking. Enfin en plus pas tres sympa la Louise.
