Paradise has been found in this 1627 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa located just steps away from a half mile white sand beach.

Master bedroom with king bed and full en-suite master bath. Has private balcony.

Second bedroom can be set up with a king bed or two twin beds. Also has full en-suite bath. Has private balcony.

If you are looking for additional residences, no worries since we own 11 other residences so we can accommodate large groups!

There are also 2 bedroom suites, which are 1550 s.f. with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has granite counters, an under counter refrigerator & freezer, cooktop, Advantium oven/microwave and apartment size dishwasher, stackable washer & dryer as well as a dining area, and living room with pullout sofa for additional sleeping space. The master bedroom has a king bed, with en-suite bath and an ocean facing balcony/patio. The second bedroom has two queen beds, with en-suite bath and an ocean facing balcony/patio. The last seven pics in the photos section of my listing are of a typical 2 bedroom suite interior.

Please be aware that the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas charges a $225 per stay fee for all non-members renting at the Club. Also the Virgin Islands government charges a $25/night per residence Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee for timeshare occupants. The Ritz will collect these additional fees at checkout. Neither of these fees are included in the residence rental rate.

Great stay at the Ritz condos at St. Thomas. Our 2 br unit was very spacious and both rooms had balconies / large bathrooms (see note below on second unit), kitchen is well equipped, staff at the Ritz are kind and helpful, etc. Only callout is if you are NOT staying from Saturday to Saturday, the Ritz may require you to move units on Saturday, since that is a changeover day. The host of the property made it clear to us that this was possible so it was not unexpected, and the process wasn't bad (we were in transition for 2 hrs and the Ritz handled all of our luggage / food), but a slight inconvenience to be aware of. Also worth mentioning that the unit we transitioned to, and spent the last night of our 8 nights, was less desirable than our first unit (end of building layout with only one of 2 bedrooms having a beach view balcony, smaller kitchen area, etc.). Overall great stay and would come again.

The 2br for our family of 4 was perfect! The entire resort was amazing! Everyone went above and beyond from check in to check out. Incredibly staff-they were all so friendly and helpful in every way. The 2 beach areas, pools, work out room, tennis (rackets,etc), food choices for day and night, and pool bars were all wonderful. The resort grounds are absolutely gorgeous and so manicured. Highly recommend the club residence side for families -The rooms are beautiful and so spacious! And the view from the room is stunning. The beds in the room were so comfortable. Definitely a 5 star resort!

An easy and perfect getaway!
Communication leading up to the trip along with customer service while there was perfect. The property was exactly as advertised. So spacious and clean with a beautiful view. The room is absolutely beautiful, very clean with all of the amenities you need. The owner was very helpful prior to the trip, gave us recommendations on things to do in St. Thomas and was very responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed our time visiting the many pools and my kids especially loved the pool with the water slide. Lots for everyone to do and the overall service and staff were incredible. The Italian restaurant onsite was delicious, we ate there twice. We also did the pizza pi boat ride on Lady Lynzie and saw some beautiful fish snorkeling. If you want a unit that’s on an upper floor I would recommend getting there on a Saturday, even though that was our preference and it was noted in the files by the time we got there on Sunday they were all taken. Besides that, great experience, beautiful property and I would highly recommend!!

Great Stay
We stayed for a week at this condo. First, the condo is incredible. The furniture is lovely, marble floors and incredible views. While I read some reviews saying that the Ritz staff is not very responsive, we found the opposite. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay. A couple of thoughts: 1. There are multiple reefs around the property with fish to see. Some of them you need to swim further out to see. That was a real plus. 2. The Club section of the resort is very close to the hotel section of the resort. In photos, it can appear much further away but in reality, it is only about a 5-minute walk. 3. The on-site restaurant Coconut Cove, which is at the Club section of the resort, had great lunch food but our dinners there were overpriced and not great. Instead of going there for dinner, visit the two nearby restaurants: Caribbean Fish Market (skip the octopus carpaccio and get the seafood hotpot) and Sunset Grille (roasted beet salad and miso Chilean sea bass were great). The resort will drive you to both of these restaurants without cost. 4. The resort shuttle which takes you to the above two restaurants is not a "Ritz" shuttle (at least not when we were there). Rather it was a local taxi minivan so don't be on the lookout for a Ritz van to pick you up. 5. We took the Lady Lindsay cruise to snorkel and see turtles and fish but only saw one turtle and not many fish. The boat itself was gorgeous and we had lots of fun sailing (crew was great too) but really, not much fish to see where we anchored to snorkel. We did splurge and hired a boat for an afternoon. We went to much better places to snorkel and I would highly suggest this if you can afford the price. 6. The water was lovely at the resort. There are some rocks and some people suggest wearing water shoes, but I found that unnecessary. At the Club section of the resort, there are several places to enter the beach where there are no rocks. Regarding the rocks, the rocks are not small, moveable rocks. Rather, it is a large rock formation that goes on and on but is only about 2' wide. Once past that rock formation, you are on all sand. A bit further out is seaweed. There is more rock at the hotel side of the beach so we mostly stayed at the Club beach. 7. If you are looking to walk endless beaches, this is not the place for you. The beach is lovely but it eventually ends and then there are rocks so long walks are not possible.

The Ritz property was beautiful and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful with any requests. The Ritz concierge reached out a week before our stay to make sure any reservations were taken care of, spa appointments were booked, and groceries were ordered to be in the condo upon our arrival. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to return!
