Our stay at point Pleasant resort, in Chris’ condominium Was relaxing and wonderful. The condominium is nicely appointed, We slept wonderfully in the king bed. The views from the large patio are absolutely wonderful, sitting and enjoying a drink or a meal there was a favorite. Chris made sure we had anything we needed before and during our trip So attentive and kind. Highly recommended! C

The ideal villa! Wide balcony sliding doors and fans for that open air island feel, elevated ocean vista offering all shades of turquoise to blue, sunrises and a constant cool breeze. Safe feel, gated w/ security, friendly grounds staff. Walk to the modern well kept pool situated atop the complex for a night swim with colorful lighting and more great views. Options for down-on-the-water food and bar, or an evening cocktail at a nicer mid-elevation restaurant surrounded by a palm nature area. Our great stay was guided with helpful hints by the very accommodating and communicative owner/host. Easy island drive to our two favorite Coki and Magens beaches. Would 10/10 return and / or recommend to family and friends for the essential Saint Thomas experience!

Check in was very easy as everything was done thru the owner. She gave us great directions and called to make sure we found our way and helped with our arrival. We had a beautiful view and the place was very spacious. Bed was comfortable with soft sheets and lots of pillows. Be sure to ask for her dining recommendations because they were on point! We had Beach Buzz for breakfast 2 days, a nice dinner at Pangea, lunch at Duffys Love Shack, and pizza from Senor Pizza. We had dinner at Sun and Sea at the resort when we got there and it was great too. She also gave us beach and other recommendations. Lindquist beach was great and it was very close. You can see it from the balcony. And we went to Hawksnest beach on St John. Both were recommended by her. She was a great host and helped with our stay a lot. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

When we arrived at the property, it was really difficult to figure out where the unit was located. We contacted Chris, as she was trying to explain on the phone how to get to her property. Nothing is really clear. Although she is super nice on the phone and had many nice suggestions to do on the island. I would suggest that the couch be cleaned or replaced. Had trouble with the television right from the start, the fans that were left on the table and on the floor are full of dust and need to cleaned. Vent fan in the bathroom didn't work at all. The comforter had stains on it and should be cleaned. Other than that, the unit was very functional and had everything that you would need for your stay. It is very close to Red Hook and other conveniences. We had a great time and we look forward to coming back someday.

Wonderful Stay!
My wife and I celebrated our 23rd anniversary in this beautiful villa. The owner Chris is beyond helpful and so easy to work with! Everything listed is accurate and we used this location, along with a rental car, to explore St. Thomas and St. John (used the car barge). The villa was exceptionally clean and the view is breathtaking. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The property was clean which was much appreciated, however there are some much needed maintenance updates needed. The furniture is comfortable, but at the end of its life. Overall, we had a good stay. The views from this unit are incredible. The resort is close to Red Hook ferry which is convenient for visiting St. John. Close to a market for all of your grocery needs. Chris, the host, was responsive with questions and provided plenty of suggestions and resources for you to have a nice, well prepared stay.

Loved the place and host!
We loved the condo! Everything we needed was included. The place is wonderful with plenty of space for four adults for a week. The bed was super comfy and the decor beautiful. Enjoyed the large tv that extends and swivels. We used the beach chairs and cooler and it was so nice that we could put in the jeep and take to the beaches every day! Can’t express how much we absolutely loved that all four adults were able to take hot showers without rush thanks to the tank less hot water heater!! Chris is so great and accommodating with anything we needed and had great recommendations since we’ve been to STT and point pleasant many times. The view from the condo is great and peaceful to start and end our days. We love the safety and seclusion of point pleasant and options available for pools, food and drinks and this condo is perfect. We had the best time with my brother and sister in law and this condo made it perfect for their first visit to the island. We highly recommend Chris and her property and can’t wait to return back to this unit. Thank you so much!

This was the most reasonably priced room in the area with a spectacular view. We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner is very communicative with lots of tips and information for your stay. Highly recommend!

1st Trip to VI
This was our 1st time to the Virgin Islands. I could not have ask for a better host. Chris was so informative and helpful. It was reassuring knowing she was just a text away for help even as small as a great place to eat near where we were to the best beaches. Definitely going to return and bring my family and Chris will be my host!!!!!

Choose it for THE VIEW!
This location was wonderful. So much better than a hotel because of the space, privacy, quiet, full kitchen, private deck/porch and all tile/marble floors can be properly cleaned. So much better than beachside because of security, and no “beach furniture”. The Margaritaville condos/resort driveway is next to Point Pleasant. MV is commercial & not what we wanted. So happy we were at Point Pleasant/VIEW instead. We were able to get to 2 of the 3 pools & enjoyed the outdoor grill/bar a couple of times. We didn’t book, but there is also an activities service right next to the bar/grill if you need help with water sports, boats, transportation to entertainment. I think there is also a hotel concierge or management that could assist with transportation if you need. We rented a car. It’s really the only way. Rent a car and get full insurance. From the airport to this location is 1/2 an hour and if you study a map ahead of time & use your gps you will find it easily. You can get to anywhere you want in 10-30 min drive. Driving around St T, the views we saw were breathtaking. The turquoise waters are REAL! The temps seem to be 80ish always. Plenty of beautiful beaches to choose from, boating, restaurants, bars, history and culture. We also recommend a day trip to St John. We used the people ferry & it was enjoyable. The ferries are 6 min away in Redhook from Point Pleasant. There is a car ferry too & if we do this trip again then we’ll take our car over to St J. We only had time for one beach-Trunk Bay and 100% recommend it, however I’m told all of the beaches on St J are stellar. Choose this as a peaceful place to return to after an exciting busy vacation day and for the VIEW.

Had a wonderful stay in this property. The views are certainly the best part of the experience. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the sunrise, the water and the islands. We found everything we needed in the kitchen for light breakfast and lunch meals. We really enjoyed the two restaurants on the grounds. Sun and Sea was casual but the drinks and food were good. Ocean 180 is a bit pricey but the food was good. We even enjoyed the walk from the condo all the way down and back, although it's a workout for sure! We also appreciated that Chris had beach chairs and snorkeling gear available, as that was very helpful when we took the car ferry to St. John. I recommend this property for a relaxing getaway!

Simply paradise! This property sits on top of a mountain overlooking the crystal clear waters surrounding the island. You can see the sunrise from bed! Or on the spacious balcony. It was the perfect size! Very clean, and the host gave us a ton of info before we arrived about things to do, and tips. Major plus: the host never bothered us during our stay. We will definitely be back, and will stay at this one again again!!!!

Overall the property was great, and Chris was extremely helpful with a ton of information for me as soon as I arrived. The view is really nice, but there is another resort and some electrical poles that take away from it a little bit. If you are up early enough you can watch the sun rise over the islands from your bed which is very pretty. The two restaurants on the resort I found to actually be some of the better places to eat on the island, but it is a steep hike both ways to get to them. The property is located really close to some nice beaches like Lindquist, Sapphire, and Coki Point.
