The villa resort is comprised of 3 distinct and separate villas, each designed with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. This island oasis is perched on Cabrita Point Peninsula, the easternmost point on St. Thomas; it overlooks the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and St. James Islands and unveils uncompromising picturesque views.
One of the villa resort’s distinguishing feature is its outdoor recreational facility that has a pickleball and basketball court and cornhole boards. Casa De Petrus is about 10 minutes drive to the popular Red Hook restaurants and night life district and the St. John ferry terminal.
It’s a 9 minutes walk to nearby Vessup Beach and the Ritz Carlton Beach. Casa De Petrus sits in the walking route used by many Ritz Carlton hotel guests for their early morning walk. The picturesque view from the deck shows a very active boating waterway that’s the home of the annual St. Thomas International sailing regatta and the passageway for many mega yachts and local inter-island ferry boats.
