Absolutely perfect!
My wife and I stayed 5 nights in June '24. This place exceeded our expectations! We really couldn't have asked for more. Great location in Horse country and still close enough to Lexington, Georgetown and Frankfort to make this a perfect trip. We could go to the city's and then relax in a very quiet peaceful place. Host was very kind and great to talk to. They really do a great job! The place was very well stocked, very clean and very comfortable. This is our new favorite! Don't hesitate to stay here!

When in the Lexington, Georgetown, Cincy area we always stay at this VRBO. It is our absolute favorite 😍. We have been three times this year. The hosts are top notch, the facilities are top notch, it is just allllll top notch.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful area and so peaceful, The attached rental was very modern with lots of extra touches. Wine and chocolates! The owners were so nice. Loved sitting outside overlooking the fields.

Wonderful property, excellent hosts & the Perfect Place to Stay!!
We found Circle F Acres on VRBO while planning our trip to Kentucky for the Kentucky 3 Day Horse Trials at Kentucky Horse Park through the 150th running of the Kentucky Derby, a bucket list trip for both of us, and we couldn't have had a better experience! I've stayed in local hotels before and been disappointed. Circle F Acres is conveniently located, an easy 26 minutes to KHP, or one hour to Churchill Downs. It was lovely having a home base for our two weeks of adventures exploring and experiencing everything we had hoped and so much more! World class horses and horsemen and women from eventing to horse racing at their finest, food, wine, distilleries, antiquing, visiting nearby Georgetown, Frankfort, Midway, Versailles, Lexington, Paris, Bowling Green and Louisville and enjoying the backroads of Kentucky. We enjoyed an evening at Elk Creek Winery where new friends, Blue Razz & cheesecake were favorites! Our host checked in with us a couple of times prior to our trip to be sure we were all set, even calling after we landed to help with directions to the property. The home is spacious with a huge bathroom, heated tile floors, a full kitchen well stocked for you to prepare your own meals or use the gas barbecue off the back deck. If you need anything just ask the hosts. We found the house well stocked with basics and a Dollar General just minutes down the road. Come ready to explore and have a wonderful time!

My husband and I were looking for peaceful getaway for the weekend. So much to do in the area. The host Eric and Tammy were very sweet and helpful. Check in super easy and flexible. Country setting and enjoyed the peace and quiet. This place had everything and then some. Heated bathroom floors and private deck. This place was soooo clean and high end finished. Great Weekend Getaway
We booked this VRBO to stay in a quiet, safe neighborhood while we visited distilleries and other places in this area. We were not disappointed! This place was the most adorable little area out in the country. It was safe, extremely clean and quiet and the owner was so friendly and nice. The wine and chocolates were a nice surprise when we got into settled in for our first night. We stayed three nights total and will not hesitate to come back in the future when visiting the area. Great little place!!

We loved staying at Circle F Acres. It's a beautiful and peaceful. The property is very dog friendly, our lab and basset hound had plenty of room to explore. The hosts provided all of the amenities needed to make out stay great.

Perfect stay!
I had a great time and he called to make sure I knew the location since I was arriving later in the evening. Its a terrific place outside the city and I enjoyed the stay at Christmas time! Inside is very well thought out. He also takes pride in the place he rents out! I will stay there again with zero reservations to book with him again!

From first greeting to saying goodbye, our stay here was simply fantastic. Eric is very warm and helpful, and he and Tammy have created a lovely space complete with a fully stocked kitchen, quality LR furniture, very comfy bed and a warm welcome to our pup. Highly recommend...we will be back.

Wonderful experience
We stayed 5 nights to attend a yoga family reunion close by. The space was clean, quiet, and wonderfully spacious. Communication was clear and welcoming, as were the items left to greet us upon arrival. The space is connected to the owner’s home but we had all the space and quiet we needed to feel comfortable. We slept well and enjoyed the dawn from the front windows and sunset views looking out the back. The kitchen has all the pans and utensils you will need including a slow cooker/crockpot. Bring your own condiments, spices, vinegars etc. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to get to come your way again.

From check-in to check-out everything was perfect. Anytime we are in the area we always book a stay here. It's so clean, comfortable and a wonderful place to get away from it all and relax. Great property, clean.spacious, fully stocked. Our dogs loved the backyard to explore. We enjoyed the area as we attended a UK football game and other attractions in the area. Very clean and excellent physical condition. The property owner was very aware and thorough when it came to stocking the property with toiletries that a traveler may have forgotten. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking utilities. I can’t say enough great things about this place!
