Note for Airbnb Bookings
We charge a cleaning and linen fee to all guests, as well as a damage protection waiver. Airbnb combines these fees into one "cleaning fee" on their platform.

The cleaning and linen fee covers the cost of cleaning the property after each guest stay, as well as providing fresh linens and towels. The damage protection waiver covers any damage to the property that is not caused by normal wear and tear. For Airbnb bookings, they combine the cleaning and linen fee and the damage protection plan. For example, here the cleaning and linen fee is $425.00 and the damage protection plan is $55.00

We understand that this may be confusing, but we want to be transparent about our fees. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

A NOTE FROM MVP VACATION HOMES:
If you are bringing pets to a pet-friendly property, please notify management in advance. For properties that are not pet-friendly, no pets are allowed under any circumstances.

A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your booking. Additionally, a 6% non-refundable cancellation fee applies to all cancellations

MVP Vacation Homes reserves the right to relocate guests to a property of equal or greater value if the reserved home becomes unavailable, undergoes changes, or any other issues arise. This measure is in place to ensure that your stay is not compromised.

Stunning views from this amazing property!!!
What an incredible trip! This property is in such an amazing location. It's 4 miles from Stanley so you're close to restaurants, groceries, and gas but it's unbelievably peaceful and the views are second to none! In our time there we had antelope in the field all but one day with heard sizes of 8-25. We had a badger that waked across the end of the driveway, and one evening we had a heard of over 50 elk in the field off to the right side. Perfect spot for star gazing and very convenient for hikes in the Sawtooths and activities at local lakes. Will stay here again for sure, this property had everything and more than we ever could have needed or expected. Fantastic working with the host as well, very professional experience! I there were 10 stars available that'd be our rating!!!

great family vacation
Our stay in Stanley was incredible-- we're so thankful to have had such a spacious home to stretch out in and enjoy the mountain views. Rachel was quick with communications, leaky sink was fixed while we were still there, and checkin/checkout was easy. We had a June snowstorm early in our trip that melted into a warm second half. Absolutely beautiful. Be on the lookout for the badger friend that resides in the little hills along the driveway. He put on a show a few times hunting in the meadow out front. Would highly recommend this vacation home.

Magical location
Our family stayed for 5 nights. We loved every moment. The views are beautiful. We saw lots of wild life. A badger walked across the front yard. Spotted a pronghorn on hill behind the house. Lots of birds. We will definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay. House is very clean and has everything you need. Our daughter loved all the toys, books, and loft bed.

Wonderful escape
We truly enjoyed this home in Stanley. We fell in love with the area, mainly due to the beauty and serenity of the accommodations. The kitchen was well appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. When we weren’t exploring, we all wanted to sit in front of the windows and enjoy the view. The house was perfect for what we wanted for our vacation. Rachel was helpful at answering all my questions beforehand. The house was a great place to disconnect and relax. We highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

A little bit of heaven
Just an amazing place…we got there in the pitch dark and were stunned when we woke to the spectacular view. House is perfect place to call home while exploring the sawtooths equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook or just relax and enjoy the surroundings. The host was so helpful and easy to reach. We came as a small group of friends who like to backpack and hike together but we all plan on coming back with our families so they can have the experience as well. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Idaho at it's best
WOW!! The Sawtooths at their best is not adequate to describe the week we stayed in Custer County at this property. Serene, solitude, breathtaking, ideal, awe-inspiring... just a few adjectives that we used during our stay in this wonderful "cabin" in Custer County. With Stanley a few minutes drive away, it felt like we were alone with nature on this property. All the modern amenities were available, everything to cook with, do laundry, do nothing, play cards or just soak up the environment from the multiple porches of this property. We were visited by a herd of elk one evening, awakened by the mellow mooing of cattle (if you opened your bedroom window), listened to the gentle winds through the Aspens and Pines and also had a nap or two in the afternoon in the quietness of our cabin. The 3 large front windows framed the Sawtooths perfectly and pictures do not do it justice. The cabin was a perfect jumping off spot, away from everyone, to go fly fishing, hike multiple trails, visit Stanley Lake and Redfish Lake, have meals in Stanley or just drive around and find "our secret spots" to enjoy to ourselves. Lisa was always available for a short conversation to help guide in any way possible. This was a 50 year reunion of Idaho for three great friends who have been traveling together for many years. This was a unanimous choice for "best trip" and "best accomodations" in all those years. The beds were comfortable, water was hot, propane tanks were full and all we had to do was enjoy our trip. And the fishing trip from White Cloud in Stanley was remarkable. Caught plenty of rainbow, cutthroat, bull trout and ran 3 rapids! What more could you expect. If you don't enjoy yourself here, there is something wrong. We were close to town, nature, forests and fauna ( even saw a mountain goat) and had plenty of time to enjoy it all and still unwind. Highly recommend, especially if you want to get out in nature.....it's out your frontdoor. Kudos, LIsa!!!

Amazing!
The views from this cabin are fantastic and the wildlife around us was amazing. Not only did we get treated to a herd of elk in the backyard but we witnessed a black wolf stalking the elk. A herd of dear passed through the front of the cabin including their babies. An osprey swooped down to get one of the prairie dogs that greeted us on the deck every night. We loved the seclusion of people but we were close enough to town and all the great summer activities. We truly felt like we were watching the National Geographic channel right out the cabin windows. We would recommend staying here if you want to get away from it all and regroup with nature. Thanks for sharing your cabin Lisa, we will be back! Schumacher Family

Refreshing escape to simplicity
The views were truly breathtaking. We stayed for a week and found ourselves still staring in amazement at the Sawtooths beyond the green fields spotted with colors of wildflowers and wildlife. This house was perfectly secluded yet close enough to town to enjoy the restaurants and shops. Lisa, our host was warm, hospitable and we felt her excitement for us to experience the home she clearly loves. Definitely one of our favorite VRBO stays!
