We were told parking at the hotel was £20 per night, however when we arrived we were then told their park was full so had to go to Q Park and pay £30 per night…. The air conditioning vents were dirty and full of mould, and the room/chair/curtains were quite dusty. The dining options within the hotel were terrible, however you can easily walk to some fantastic restaurants. The staff were not particularly friendly, but they weren’t too bad. Overall very average stay, but good location.

Very nice hotel in a great location!
Top notch towels, linen and toiletries. Very clean. More teabags in the room would have been great but reception happy to bring more up. Good breakfast and stunning architecture. Would happily stay again.

The staff were lovely and hotel room very nice. Only downside was that our window was jammed open and the noise from the street was dreadful until around 2am. You can completely here other guests in their rooms too so we struggled to sleep which was disappointing but other than that, a good stay.
