Excellent stay with a beautiful room! Clean and comfortable, love the well sized fridge. Would definitely stay here again. Check in was quick and efficient. Gym well equipped, didn't get to try the pool but it looks great

Perfect location for East Midlands
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Airport shuttle worked well and check in was quick, easy and smooth. I enjoyed the pool and steam room as well as the excellent WiFi facility before a beer in the bar before dinner. Only issue was that I didn’t realise I had to book the shuttle to return to the airport and I had to walk

Not worth the price !
WiFi was down in the hotel , this ment the tv in the room was also not working (linked to WiFi). Check in took a long time even though there was no que. The car park is ridiculous! You pay a small fortune for the privilege of having to park on the side of the road because they have oversold the car park. The air conditioning in the room is practically non existent and my room didn’t even have a window that you could open. Not worth the amount of money they are charging

Thought I’d try radisson for a change - 2 night stay - no tv throughout (not massive issue) but staff just said yes we know hopefully will be fixed but was not. Paid car parking but difficult to get space and final night had to park in the drop off area - not ideal
