Family friendly hotel with lots of activities! Beautiful mountain view. Highly recommend to everyone, especially with kids! The only thing that may be improved is dining options especially for lunch.

We didn't know what to expect with this hotel but we were so pleasantly surprised! It was a quiet, beautiful place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The views were incredible and it was fun to watch the golfers! We really appreciated the gym facilities. The ONLY thing I would suggest would be other dining/food options. If you want more simple and affordable food, you'll have to leave the hotel. We did eat at the restaurant for one meal and it cost us $150 for two people. The food was good, but not $150 worth. Even still, we'd come back!

Our initial room was overlooking the parking lot. I wanted to upgrade to a Mountain View room (facing the mountains instead of the parking lot), so they charged us more per night…no problem, I can accept that. The new room was on the complete other end of the resort. Had to carry all of our bags. Then that room had no hot water. We obviously had no choice but to complain. They said ok we’ll give you a new room. It was across the hall from our original room. 3 rooms later everything is great, but this is the hospitality business and was hoping for a little more help and not feel like I am a problem customer.

It is a grand old hotel, but overpriced. Dining is particularly bad, with a limited menu. No microwave in room. Hot tub by pool not in use.
