Shortly after we checked in, we noticed a bug on the pillow. Turns out it was a bed bug. The front desk person was wonderful in getting us a new room. The response of management was not great. Bed bugs are a serious issue and we were given half off one night of our stay as compensation. No follow up communication. As we were leaving our room, my daughter had another bug, not sure if it was a bed bug, crawl down her arm. After our stay, we had the long task of making sure we didn't bring bed bugs into our home. Somethimg we souldn't have to deal with. It did look like they may have known our room had bed bugs as you could see they sprayed something in the crevices of the headboard, something we didn't see in the room we were moved to. Will not be staying there again.
