Great place to stay while visiting our son at PSU. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and personable. We enjoyed the restaurant for a late lunch and breakfast the following morning. We would definitely stay here again.

We were able to book this room at the last minute on a Penn State football weekend for a very reasonable price. We were absolutely thrilled to be able to stay in State College instead of having to drive home 3 hours away after the night game. It was quiet, and easy and comfortable. My only complaint was the water pressure was very weak and unsatisfying.

Everything is terribly old and in bad condition. We got a room on the second floor, and there is no elevator, so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs. The doors leading to the balcony were broken, the bathtub was in bad condition and poorly patched, everything very old, and the air conditioner made a horrible noise. I would never stay there again, and I definitely wouldnā€™t recommend it.

Housekeeping at this facility was nonexistent. After paying a premium rate because of a Penn State football game, we returned to our room and there had been no made service whatsoever. When we asked the front desk, their response was simply ā€œoh they mustā€™ve been really busy and unfortunately missed your roomā€. Extremely disappointing and I would not stay at this facility again.
