Well first my booking said it was 169$ but when I got there they tried to charge my card 300$ which was a surprise. I only got one night when I was booked for two. There was no refrigerator and when I asked for one they said I had to pay 25$. I was there for work so I had brought my pin food which spoiled. I decided not to rent the second night and checked out. I was there on the 15th it’s nnow the 21st and still have not got my deposit back and the charge is still pending. This has to be the most unprofessional unpleasant stay ever.

The bathroom ceiling look terrible, and you were not able to control the temperature in the room. You were just able to turn on the heater, but the room was already at 74° and we like to sleep at 70°. also, the mattress was very soft and I woke up with my back hurting

We have previously stayed at this property when it was the Hard Rock, thats why we chose to stay here again. To our surprise however, now they charge for parking ($20) even if you're staying at their hotel, and they charge for the bottled water they place next to thw coffee makers. On our next visit, we may look elsewhere.

Some one pulled the fire alarm two nights in a row at 5:50 am. The hotel AC and heater in the room didn’t work. Management’s solution was a posted note Under the thermostat to contact the hotel for a fan for AC. To keep warm contact the hotel for extra blankets and or a space heater.

Staff at the desk (one young lady) was not engaging at all, avoiding eye contact and not smiling. Makes you wonder why she chose this line of service work. We also booked this hotel for its beautiful pool, but it was closed for renovation. Casino options are poor with very high minimum limits on BJ tables ($25).

Wasn't you happy that when we arrived they made us pay $20 to park when we were staying at the motel we stayed for two days one night and were charged an extra $40 to park expenses that were not put in the Expedia app that I had to pay when I arrived

No heat for our 3 night stay because their HVAC system was between seasons. We asked for a space heater but they were all loaned out. They brought blankets instead. No hot water for 2 nights and maintenance never came. On 3rd night, they finally fixed it. After complaining daily, they removed resort fees & parking fees from our bill which helped with the inconvenience.
