Large 3 bedroom home with amazing mountain views less than one mile to Heavenly ski resort

Built in 1976, this newly renovated house on upper Kingsbury is waiting for the right tenant. Large deck off the main level is perfect for the quiet morning coffee. Beautiful hardwood floors in the common areas, new kitchen appliances, quartz countertops, and new cabinets. Master bedroom features a bathroom with a large soaking tub and heated bathroom tile. This furnished house has the right amenities.

Please Wear Your Athletic Tennis Shoes!
Be prepared for lots of stairs. We had our fur baby with us so we had him on a leash around the property. From the front door there is missing or broken railings to the flat surface of the yard. The primary bedroom downstairs sliding glass door has broken railings out the door, be careful!

Property was as described with accurate pictures, nice place to stay. Our stay started off with a bit of an issue, but the local property management did a good job of correcting the situation and made things right with us in the end, great service and communication.
