The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the essentials, including pots and pans, allowing you to whip up your favorite meals and savor them at the dining table that comfortably seats six.

The condo's location is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. A short 10-minute downhill hike leads you to an array of activities such as skiing, biking, hiking, and exploring the area's fantastic restaurants and amenities. When you return from your adventures, revel in the comfort of one dedicated underground/covered parking spot, ensuring your vehicle stays safe and protected.

Within the condominium complex, you'll discover a large community room with exercise equipment and a spacious social area, perfect for mingling with fellow travelers. While the mountain residences in Steamboat Springs, including our lovely condo, do not have air conditioning, we provide fans to ensure your utmost comfort during your stay.

Ridgecrest is conveniently located just 2 miles from the base area of the mountain and 3 miles from downtown Steamboat Springs, offering easy access to golfing, biking, and hiking trails like Fish Creek Falls, Emerald Mountain, and the Steamboat Ski Area—all just minutes away from this welcoming townhome.

Guest Access:
You will have use of the entire unit. Check-in details are provided to you after you book. On the day of your arrival, our team will provide you with the most updated door code, detailed directions, and other important information regarding your stay.

Getting Around:
Distance to the Ski Resort: 5 minutes, 1.5 miles, or 10 minute walk

Distance to the free bus stop: .6 miles or 11 minute walk

Distance to Downtown: 8 minute or 3 miles

Distance to Hot Springs: 25 minutes or 10.3 miles

Other Things to Note:
The hot tub and laundry amenities are managed by an HOA and are completely outside of our control. The fireplace is turned off seasonally to minimize additional heat in the warmer months.

The sleeper sofa is damaged and is replaced with an inflatable mattress until the new sofa bed is delivered.
