Great place to stay in town near all restaurants and shops
We enjoyed staying at this fine property where it was conveniently located to all the restaurants and shops. This place was equipped with covered parking which made a huge difference for our family not having to warm up the car and deice. Please note if you stay here there is no coffee grinder and the water temp for the bath was very inconsistent.

Very clean, slight odor of sewer gas when we first got there but it went away. Enjoyed the patio, didn't use the steam shower or soaking tub. Very central, good for the summer. We did have a little trouble fitting our large pickup truck in the parking garage, but most cars should be fine.

Beautiful place in a great location
Property is very clean and nice. We really enjoyed it. Close to everything you want to do in downtown Steamboat. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops easily from the location. The only negative thing I can say is that we were only given two wash cloths for the two of us for a week. We were however given four bath towels. When I texted them about additional wash cloths I received this reply: ā€œWe are glad youā€™re loving the rental unit! We stock our units enough basic supplies to get you going, but do not offer restocks. You can find anything g else you need at our local Safeway, City Market, or Walmart. We hope you are enjoying this beautiful morning!ā€ I understand with items such as laundry detergent and paper towels, but I have never stayed anywhere that expected me to provide my own wash cloths. It wasnā€™t a deal breaker just unexpected.

The location is outstanding, and the apartment was super clean and comfortable. Iā€™ll echo the comments on the soaker tub regarding the hot water and the need for a dresser or other storage but is only a slight inconvenience. Would definitely recommend

Excellent property and location
We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. Everything was clean and just as described. The property management team was great about providing information before, during, and after our stay. The only negative was there wasnā€™t hot water to fill the beautiful bathtub. I followed the instructions to fill half way and wait for the hot water to regenerate, but it didnā€™t work. If you donā€™t want a bath, then no worries!

We came to Steamboat for both work & pleasure. This place has great views,comfy king bed,very comfortable & inviting.The only downside to the condo is the hot water heater. It takes over an hour to fill the large awesome soaking tub with hot water.It really should be upgraded.

Great location for dining and shopping
We've been going to Steamboat for years and actually own a space at the Grand. After a day on the slopes, getting back in the car, heading downtown, & trying to find parking wasn't very appealing, so we decided to give the Victoria a try and it was perfect. Just a short walk to all of the shops and resturants and no hassle trying to park with the dedicated underground parking space provided. We'll definitely being doing this again.

Very Nice with Serious Flaw
This is a very nice property in a great location. However, it suffer from 2 issues, one very serious. First issue is a fairly small but important oversite: lack of a dresser/chest, or shelving in the bedroom closet to store clothing. This may seem like a small point, but having little to no space to conveniently organize and store your clothing is very annoying (especially if you have a lot of ski gear/clothing like I do). A small investment in a dresser or some basic shelving in the closet (or both) would easily solve this issue. The second issue is more serious and relates to a horrible sewage smell that emanates from the laundry closet and permeates the kitchen and living room area. Management is aware of this issue and said it was a result of "building design"...whatever that means. They recommended we use some deodorant (already on hand in the laundry closet) to help with the smell. This did help mask the smell for a few hours, but invariably the smell would come back. As a result, I would not stay at this property again unless the smell issue is corrected. In summary, I'm lower 1 star for lack of shelving/drawers and 2 more stars for the horrible smell...and sadly have to give this lovely property only 2 stars.
