A Portland Gem!
We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip and we're so glad we did! Everyone was very kind and accommodating, especially the bar tender who was very knowledgeable and charasmatic. Would recommend!

the bill showed $75 of amenity fees which I did not expect. They removed them after I complained. cc So check your bill carefully. Room needed more light. Mattress needed to be replaced.

The fruit and granola breakfast was different each day, and I thought it was funky to be served in a water glass. Would have preferred it in a bowl, also was expecting a sustainable amount of granola, not a sprinkling.

Located a block away from the main action. The staff was friendly and helpful. Watch out for the $35 amenities daily fee. We used it on breakfast every morning. I suggest the traditional eggs Benedict

The young lady at the front desk upon check in was excellent! She was helpful and understood that we were pressed for time and made the process so easy. The hotel itself is beautiful! Our bathroom shower was a little grungy but nothing worth calling the front desk about the toiletries smelled lovely!

Great location in the heart of old port. As a result there was more nighttime noise than we wanted. Will request a room facing the beautiful courtyard next time. Snack pantry on each floor a nice touch
