My stay was amazing! I’ve read past reviews and some have said that the hotel is not clean or the rooms are not of great quality keep up. I know they are also renovating. My room was excellent the service from staff was out standing. Very kind and friendly. Food was good for what they had. Could use more variety of options for food. It was sausage and egg on English muffin or not. You could also have waffle's Or pastries. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. I would stay here again

Pretty standard Ramada. The building is old but looks like it's in the process of being updated. Good breakfast and friendly efficient staff. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the traveling library.

The location is in an industrial park but the road up to the hotel is closed and there’s no directions on where to enter. The outside looks run down with trash in the parking lot. It definitely did not give a good first impression. The front desk staff were polite but not very welcoming. There was also no mention of a $50 hold on your card, it is refundable after check out.The elevators were dirty and had an odd smell to them. The hallway smelled like weed and the room was still very dirty. There was still hair in the shower the floor was dirty there was something splattered on the walls and the door. The tv stand had ketchup stuck to it. (At least I hope it was ketchup)There was something on the floor that easily came up with a baby wipe so it wasn’t a stain. Everything just appeared like it was never properly cleaned after the last guest. The beds are very soft but lack support. There were no extra blankets or pillows in the room even though we let them know ahead of time we’d have 2 adults and 3 kids. They say kids stay free but I was still charged an additional person fee. The breakfast “buffet” consisted of microwaved egg patties and a waffle maker with very few alternative choices. There is a sign at the front desk saying they do not clean the rooms daily, you have to request that your room be cleaned the night before. Just overall disgusted and disappointed with what I got considering how much they charge for a night.
