The only thing that wasn't good was the communication over the Phone. I called for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and couldn't understand a word the lady was saying on the phone. I had Problems finding the pick up spot, it was also wasn't written down anywhere in my confirmation E-Mails .So I ended up taking an Uber which I had to pay myself. That was a little frustrating

overnight rescue

it was a good stay, just short, we missed our flight to Tokyo out of Dulles and had to find a hotel to stay in overnight before our flight out the next day. your hotel was very conveniently located, and priced, for our needs.

We stayed during the DC snow storm. They took good care of us. Stayed warm and safe. And we were close to the airport where the roads were clean enough to get to Dulles safely. The room was cozy and roomy enough while we had to hunker down with the snow. Would return again.

1. Breakfast needs an upgrade. The bagels were hard. The waffle maker was broken for the three days we were there. Looks like they do not have a kitchen. 2. The bathroom sink was not draining properly. This should have been caught while preparing the room. Once complained they fixed it.

This hotel is perfectly located for us to visit family in the area, and it is easy to get to/from the airport. The staff is wonderfully accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We are repeat guests, and will continue to be.
