You'll find a very welcoming and homey exterior, with a manicured lawn and mature trees. The rear yard is completely privacy-fenced and a perfect spot to sip a cup of coffee in the morning while enjoying the fresh air. You can do all this with your furry family member at your side, as this property is pet-friendly.
One additional outdoor space is a lovely deck just off the living room. With an intimate dining table for two, here is the perfect spot to enjoy an alfresco dinner together.
The spacious living room is neatly outfitted with an ultra-comfortable sectional sofa, which folds out to a bed in the event of additional guests. Enjoy your evening entertainment in style with a 55” flat screen TV. Stay in touch (if you want to…) with WiFi.
The dining area offers a great deal of flexibility with two tables. The first seats four, with its stylish wood and metal look. A second bistro table for two could easily be for a couple or the “kids table”. In either event, a group of 6 can comfortably dine together.
The kitchen is generously sized and is an inviting space for the family chef. A large window adds cheery natural light and the granite counters offer an elegant food prep area. You'll easily have everything needed to create the family's favorite's in this fully-equipped kitchen.
The master suite is a bit like having your own little private corner of the world. Located on the first level, it boasts a full size sofa, flat-screen TV and private access to the fenced backyard. Add in the comfortable king size bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower and you may find it hard to leave.
On the top level are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double, Each are cozy and offer flat screen TVs, dual nightstands and large closet areas. They share a full bathroom with a tub/shower and the washer/dryer is located in the hallway between them.
The neighborhood:
While just 40 minutes from our nation's capital, with its myriad museums, attractions, and rich history, you'll also enjoy the quiet and serenity of being surrounded by nature.
The townhome community features many amenities to enhance your stay. Three different pools and tot lots are just the beginning. For those who prefer their exercise outdoors, take advantage of the miles of walking/biking trails and sports courts. A nature preserve leads directly to the Potomac River.
You'll find everything you need close by, including restaurants, shopping and movie theaters. This diverse area truly has something for everyone and we look forward to welcoming you to this thoughtfully decorated and ideally located property.
Important Things to Note Regarding Pets:
Pet fee for stays between 7-30 nights: $250
Pet fee for stays 30+ nights: $250 per month
House Rules:
Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Virginia Law.
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.
Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable:
The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:
Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.
Pool:
If the property has a private pool, please understand that we service all of our pools weekly. Due to our tropical surroundings and lush vegetation, it is not unexpected that debris will all into the pool. Though it may give the appearance otherwise, the pool is still clean.
Our technicians maintain the pools with the correct balance of chemicals on a weekly basis. We are unable to send them out to properties to sweep up daily debris. Pool skimmers are available at each property for guests' convenience.
If your private pool is exceptionally dirty or you find items other than vegetation in it, please contact us and we will remediate the situation.
If you are in a property with a shared pool, such as a condominium, please be advised that most condominium communities have their own pool cleaning schedules that we have no influence over. If you experience a problem other than normal daily debris, please let us know and we will make inquiries on your behalf.
Privacy:
This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
Starter Supplies:
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.
