It was very meh. The highlight was the gentleman who checked us in. He was amazing! Bar was out of Sauvignon Blanc and shuttle left us even though we arrived a few minutes before it was supposed to leave.

The bath in the room was filthy, as though it hadnā€™t been cleaned at all. It was literally splattered with long since dried dirt. The carpet left our feet black as well, and the air conditioning was rather dusty. It was appalling. I wasnā€™t expecting much from an airport hotel, but that was beyond dismal. If I could rate lower than 1, I would. Other than that, the staff at the front desk were helpful although room service and housekeeping ignored the room entirely.

This was a very nice stay. The front desk and restaurant staff were outstanding. I did advise the front desk that my there are two issues in the bathroom that I think need to be addressed. First is that sole towel rack was too high for me to reach (I'm 5'1"). I would have used my towel a second day if I'd been able to hang it! The second issue is that the bar to assist shower entry is at the wrong end of the tub. It needs to be at the end where the shower head isn't flowing so one can enter without getting one's hair wet, unless one intends to wash it. Thanks for a good stay.
