The property appears nice from the outside and staff members were very helpful. Inside, the hotel is tired. The bed was ok. Unfortunately, the carpet was VERY dirty to the extent that the bottoms of our footies and feet were black!!! The bathroom tile was reasonably clean but the corners throughout both rooms may not have been dusted/swept in months. Some of the painting e.g. around the 2nd floor elevator door sign may have been done by a kindergartner.

Hotel staff at the front desk was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful . The rooms stink also. I tried talking to the manager about an issue i had in which she could not provide any answers to so I asked for the general manager’s number and she would not give it to me. She said she’d email me the gm’s email and I never received it. Low quality staff is a terrible way to earn someone’s business.

Staff was very friendly. Our room was not so great. The carpet was coming up in a lot of places. Definitely needs replaced. The night stand was sticky. The toilet had dried urine on the rim. When I got up in the morning to use the bathroom a long bug of some kind scurried behind a hole in the grout of the baseboard tile by the shower. Also, our TV didn’t get any stations. Kept saying to check the cable. The breakfast was great, and the dining area was nice and clean, no complaints there. This is the second not so great experience I’ve had with a Wyndham affiliated hotel. Will not be using in the future.

This hotel definitely needs work. The carpet was stained and pieced together badly. The head boards were ripped and stained. There was a 2-3 foot stain on the wall. The night hostess was very friendly.

Do not stay here, when we got to the hotel it was dirty and there was mold. I have asthma and could not stay here. We ended up going to the hotel next door and staying there. I still haven’t gotten a refund for this hotel.
