It’s a 3 bedroom with 2 bathroom home in Waverly TN that sleeps up to 8.
The property slopes down to the water leading you to a private dock with kayaks, and paddle boards, which also has a private shared boat ramp.
The Dogwood house is furnished with all the amenities: full kitchen with all cookware and utensils, gas grill and propane, washer and dryer, fresh towels and linens, board games, corn hole, wifi, smart TV, and Netflix, bluetooth speakers. We also provide toilet paper, paper towels, dish & washing detergent & laundry detergent.
The nearest marina is Leatherwood a 20 minute boat ride to Paris Landing. The house is located an hour from Clarksville, and less than two hours to Nashville TN.

Beautiful get away!
What a beautiful view! The house is nice and the property is well maintained. Denise was excellent at communicating with me. We had a little trouble with the location of the boat ramp etc but that was easily solved with communication with the owner. Get away and go! You’ll love it.

Great getaway
If you’re looking to getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this place is perfect! Everything you need in a right there including fun games and water accessories. Love the remote location! Closest town is 20-30 min away for groceries and such. Owner is very responsive to questions. I cannot say enough about how family friendly the property is. Sprinkler, games, corn hole, tons of water accessories such as paddle boards and swimming platform. All kitchen necessities are provided along with toiletries. Only 2 things that were concerns. 1. Boat ramp and dock are a bit of a walk and ramp is very steep. Description does not indicate that. However, we were able to get our boat down the ramp and the walk was not problematic for us as we have a young and able bodied family. 2. Our only REAL concern: master bedroom bed…Sorry but it’s terrible. All the other beds are fantastic and the home is great. The view of the lake is unbelievable. However, the master bedroom bed is not much better than a cot. Flimsy metal frame with thin, uncomfortable mattress and no box spring. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 beds each that are great. But couples or families with children, adults would choose master bedroom with king bed naturally. It is not suited for adults or probably even children. It is that uncomfortable. I had to schedule a chiropractor appointment from sleeping in that bed. It’s also tearing up the beautiful floor in the master bedroom. Otherwise, perfect!

Great property, but clarity needed.
I'll preface by saying we had a WONDERFUL time! The view from the deck is AMAZING and we barely got out of the water once we figured out how to access it and which dock to use. The listing isn't clear that you can't access the dock directly from the property. It's on the opposite side of the neighboring house with a significantly steep hill. Be mindful of this if anyone in your party has mobility issues. There were plenty of kayaks and a couple of paddle boards. There is a canoe shown in the photos, but there wasn't one at the house/dock. Cell phone service is spotty, but there is a landline. I detail these things specifically not to be critical (again, we had a wonderful time and the house suited all of our needs). It's just information I wish I would have had when booking.

Relaxing week.
House was very nice and the decks were gorgeous. Watching the mist burn off over the lake, with your morning cup of coffee was a great way to start the day. Owner was very nice to work with and went out of her way to make the stay more accommodating for my 87 year old mother. Was a great week.

Peaceful.
A lovely stay despite the rain and wind. Be sure to have provisions when you arrive. Not far to store, but time to get there is 30 mins. We watched the eagles. Took the kayaks for a spin on the last day (the weather thankfully cleared up for us). Denise was great at answering questions quickly and was very accommodating to our needs. Would recommend!

Great stay on Kentucky Lake
The cabin was lovely - very clean with a gorgeous view. Perfect for bird watchers - we saw hundreds of fresh water pelicans, 5 or 6 blue herons, several bald eagles, and a few osprey. The location is quite far away from civilization, but the internet was quite strong. Thank you again for sharing your home!

Lake House Relaxation
Felt more like a friend loaned us the lake house for the weekend. It was neat and clean, but not like corporate sterile. We'd love to go back and take the kids and grandkids during the summer. Be prepared to drive back into some windy roads and a steep driveway, not just a hop off the interstate, and easier to navigate the first time especially if it's during the day. It's a really nice drive when you can see, LOL.
