You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Beautiful waterfront home with a boat dock!
This is a waterfront home with great views of Lake Eufaula. It offers some of the best sunsets on the lake. You can walk down to the deck that overlooks the water and leads out to the waters edge. This area is not sandy, but the swim area is just minutes away at 9 Marina. Downstairs you can enjoy the enclosed patio with a hot tub and fire place. Upstairs has an enclosed sleep patio with outdoor weather curtains to keep out the rain. This patio does have it's own air conditioner, but can get a little warm in summer months. For some, it may be a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night, (depending on the outside temperature) but during the fall and winter months, it is perfect. The driveway is paved, but steep.
There is corn hole outside and a grill for cooking out. Sit in the chairs on the covered porch, just enjoy nature.

Very disappointed
The house was covered in spiderwebs, kitchen was dirty, outside grill wasn’t useable. For the money my family paid for 2 nights we were so disappointed in our stay.

Drive way in & out of property is steep & gravel at end of concrete has washed away and unstable that causes tires to spin going up and deep drop going down. I realize it is a “lake” property but house was dirty, dishes dirty, they could have at least gone around and cleaned up bugs and webs around door ways. I know this is reasonable request because we had family rent not far from us and it was immaculate in & out. Remotes had rusted or dead batteries. The area at water had old wood piled around.
