Fantastic First Avenue Getaway

This 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath 1700 sq. ft home features a large living room with gas fireplace. Master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed, walk in closet, and private bath, away from the other three bedrooms. Bedroom two has a king size bed. Bedroom three has a queen size bed, and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are two dining room areas to accommodate a large family. Fenced in back yard with a patio table and chairs to enjoy Oklahoma weather. New appliances in the kitchen with all the amenities you need. We are a few miles from OSU campus and minutes from wedding venues.

Great Stay!

Had a wonderful stay in Stillwater for Pokes game. House was clean and comfortable with ample space. Use of garage was also very nice. Was very hot, but HVAC worked great and house was very comfortable. We did have a minor issue with the code for access to house. I'm sharing not because it was a problem, but to highlight the fact that the owner responded immediately and was resolved on the spot. Very appreciative!

Long Term Stay

Had a long term project in Stillwater, basically stayed for 8 and 7 months in 2023 and 2024 respectively. This was the smoothest most hassle free experience in all my years of staying out of town for work. Everything about my experience at this property was 5 stars especially the customer service during the duration, not one negative thing to say about Miss C. and her customer service and property.

Excellent and Beautiful Home

Not just clean, but high quality home, with a beautiful open architecture for the shared spaces, several beautiful bedrooms, and an overall excellent stay. We played games at the dining room and kitchen tables. The family-room and kitchen can watch TV (with included Amazon FireStick for Amazon and Netflix etc.). We were able to watch a t-storm at the dining room table through very large (clean) windows. My family and daughter's bf stayed, and had plenty of room. Great neighborhood for walking, close to BBQ, Walmart, and OSU. Highly recommend!
