Beds, linens, pillows, desks, dressers, mirrors in each room (walk-in closets in 3 rooms). Enjoy 1 acre of fenced yard and fruit trees. Inside, enjoy a full Kitchen with we fridge/freezer, water/ice maker, convection oven, microwave, farm sink, large island table and full pantry. Enjoy a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Sofas in living room convert into beds for additional functionality and to top it off, chair hammocks on the front porch welcome guests to rest! Enjoy easy access to all Stillwater has to offer: 2 minutes from Payne County fairgrounds, 8 minutes from town, 8 minutes from Sparrow Beginnings Venue, and 6 miles from OSU. Property was perfect for our family and small dog. Well kept, clean and organized. We had my mother and father and teenage kids with us to attend an engagement event for my daughter. The ping pong set that attached to the bar was a hit with the kids. Great location to get to Stillwater, Pawnee or Tulsa.

Just a couple of improvements
Called contact to see if we could get in a little early and asked them to call back. Instead of calling me back, they emailed me a while later. I didn’t check email because I was expecting a call. By the time I checked email we didn’t get to check in early. They also need to post directions on how to change thermostat. Neighborhood not that great and backyard is a mess. Other than that it was great. House was clean and cute.

We wee in town for Dad's Day at OSU. The property is exactly as advertised. Quiet, rural location. Newly remodeled. Large backyard. The only issue we had was having no access to TV. We ended up casting from a phone. We were in town for a sports event and like to watch sports on TV.
