Wonderfull place to discover the north of Sardinia
The pool is perfect for children, the terrace is very nice, the house is fine, machines were working, just no WI-Fi, everything else was meeting our expectations. We had a fantastic holiday!

Schön wars
War sehr schön, kurze wege zum strand super Anbindung an alles was man braucht. Über die Hausverwalterin haben wir alles erfahren was wir wissen wollten. Insgesamt sehr schön.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Wir waren im September auf Sardinien und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hatte ausreichend Platz für uns 4 Personen und es gab alles was man benötigt. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt. Was man allerdings erwähnen sollte ist, dass der Zugang zum Haus über eine recht lange Steintreppe durch den Garten verläuft. Daher nicht für jeden geeignet. Der Pool ist groß und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Aber hier sollte man wissen, dass er lediglich ca. 80 cm tief ist. Das hat uns zwar nicht gestört, aber zum ausgiebigen Schwimmen ist er einfach nicht geeignet. Der Kontakt zu Monica war super! Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos. Vielen Dank auch für die ganzen Informationen zu Ausflugszielen, Restaurants, etc.. Wir würden hier wieder Urlaub machen!

wundervolle Ferien
Die Kommunikation mit der Betreuung vor Ort durch Monica war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Alles war sehr problemlos und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Monica kümmerte sich wirklich um alles und war ständig erreichbar für uns. Die "Villa" ist toll gelegen. Man bekommt von den Nachbarn quasi nichts mit. Das liegt an der intelligenten Anlage und der schicken Begrünung. Man ist echt abgeschirmt. Falls jemand nicht gut zu Fuß ist dürfte das Bad ein Problem sein. Es gibt keine Dusche sondern man duscht in der Badewanne. Für uns war das aber völlig unproblematisch. An Ausstattung war alles da was man gebraucht hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schöner Urlaub
Lage und Umgebung sind sehr schön, das Haus ebenfalls, allerdings ist das Badezimmer etwas veraltet. Die Abwicklung mit Monica war unkompliziert, sie ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

La dolce vita!
Wir waren 5 Erwachsene Personen. Die Unterkunft entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Obschon es ein Reihenhaus war, hatte man das Gefühl in einem freistehenden Haus zu sein. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist für 6 Personen etwas klein. Der Pool ist wurderschön (nicht sehr tief, was aber keinen Abbruch tut, ausser man will einen Kopfsprung machen). Der Garten ist auch sehr gepflegt. Die Terasse ist sehr schön, der Grill ausreichend. Die Zimmer sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Besonders möchte ich die nette Begrüssung durch Monica erwähnen. Sie war sehr flexibel, war immer zu erreichen und unterstütze uns sehr bei der An- und Abreise, sonst war keine Unterstützung notwendig. Wir kamen früh mit der Fähre an und konnten das Haus früher beziehen und am Abreisetag später velassen. Das war sehr wichtig, da es sehr heiss war und wir mit zwei kleinen Hunden nicht an den Strand konnten. Wir waren sehr zfrieden und können das Haus nur weiterentpfehlen.

Maison très agréable beau jardin avec piscine deco sympa bon confort vue excellente terrasse panoramique quartier Agréable à vivre commerces proches plages aussi A améliorer manque clé pour wc et salle de bain à 5 désagréable et que deux transats 🙁 c’est juste à 5 , aussi ventilateur sur pied des ventilateurs au plafond seraient plus adapté mais ma note reste excellente nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances merci au propriétaire disponible et agréable et à la personne sur place très disponible si besoin

Schönes Haus, gute Lage
Das Haus, die Lage, der Garten mit Pool sind sehr schön und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war hervorragend. Besonders die Schlafräume sind gepflegt, Badezimmer und Küche zum Teil etwas schmuddelig.

Sehr schön!
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mitte Oktober ist der Touristenort Stintino beinahe menschenleer. Die Strände sind wild und malerisch schön und die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge von der Dachterrasse wunderbar zu beobachten. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool und haben sich über den regelmäßigen Besuch der Katzenbabys riesig gefreut.

tolle Lage, sauberes,gepflegtes Haus und Pool, Verwalterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit
Das Haus liegt in einem schönen Resort mit Einkaufszentrum. Pool und Haus sind sehr sauber, gepflegt und hat an Ausstattung alles was man braucht. Die Verwalterin ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn irgend ein Problem auftritt. Es ist nicht weit zum sauberen,kristallblauen Meer mit Sicht bis auf den Grund. Toll zum Schnorcheln. Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert.

wirklich ein Paradies....
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mega genossen. Von A - Z , d.h. sofort bei der Anfrage zur Buchung bis zur Abreise können wir den Vermieter nur in den höchsten Tönen loben, da Service 1 A... Das Haus ist top, bietet alles und noch mehr... Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Wände sind farblich optimal angestrichen, dazu noch kunstvolle Malereien. Im Schlafzimmer wird man im Bett von der Morgensonne gegrüsst. Auf der Terrasse sieht man runter zum See und weiter hinten das Meer. Oben auf der Dachterrasse hat man noch mehr Rundblick. Der Garten ist picobello gepflegt und eine wahre Augenweide, vor allem die vielen blühenden Oleander. Der Pool ist ebenfalls tip top unterhalten und lädt Tag und Nacht zu einem Bad ein. Die Heimreise fällt schwer.... - wir werden wieder kommen...

Nous avons trouvé une maison complètement en phase avec l’annonce. Première expérience de location avec Abritel, rien à dire de négatif. Contact sur place au top, disponibilité et gentillesse. Propriétaire également disponible, il a su nous donner les bons restos et lieux à ne pas manquer. Nous sommes restés dans un rayon de 180 km/h autour de Stintino et nous avons particulièrement apprécié cette région. Beaux souvenirs de vacances !

Sono stata ospite di villa preziosa per 5 settimane con la mia famiglia. La casa è molto carina e la piscina godibile e ben tenuta. All'arrivo siamo stati omaggiati di frutta fresca. Wonderful summerhouse
Our family stayed here in July (three adults and three children). The house was wonderful, and had everything you need for a holiday. The kitchen was well equipped. The house has plenty of room for six people. The poolarea was very nice, and the pool itself was excellent. The kids loved it! The house has a roof terrace with a stunning view to the sea. If I should point out something negative; it is that there could have been some more outside furnitures. The local beach is close, about 400 meter from the summer house. The wonderful beach of La Saline is just two kilometers away, and La Pelosa about 15 minutes by car. There is a supermarket, restaurants, gelateria and more inside the complex area. All in all a wonderful summerhouse in a wonderful place.

Absolut empfehlenswert
Gut eingerichtetes Haus für bis zu 6 Personen (3 Schlafzimmer) in Hanglage in einer Ferienhaussiedlung ca. 4 km vom Meer und ca. 6 km von Stintino entfernt (bei Anfahrt nach Hinweisschildern Country Paradise Stintino richten!). Obwohl direkt an ein anderes Haus angrenzend und von anderen Häusern umgeben, ruhige Lage (jedenfalls im Juni). Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Siedlung, dort auch Bar mit sehr gutem Kaffee und Cornetti (!). Sehr netter und (über Telefon/Internet) hilfsbereiter Vermieter.
