The space
Designed by architect Robert Carl Williams with high ceilings and large windows, you will be able to enjoy the mountain views cozied up on the couch, waking up in your bed, or sipping coffee from one of the many decks. Gnome Home is a perfect ski retreat located 25min to Killington & Pico, 30min to Suicide Six, and 44min to Sugarbush. In the summer enjoy private access to the White River just a few minutes drive away for swimming or tubing.

Gnome Home is nestled right into the rocks of the mountain it is built on with stairs leading you down from a tree-covered parking area to the main entry. On the main level is a spacious living room with a gas fireplace and surround sound stereo with Bluetooth connection, dining room with a table that comfortably seats 8, a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee bar, and entertainment closet stocked with toys, games, and puzzles for the whole family.

The home comfortably sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms
Bedroom 1: upstairs, queen bed, private balcony
Bedroom 2: downstairs, kind bed, small private deck
Bedroom 3: downstairs, queen and twin bed
Bedroom 4: downstairs, twin bed and trundle

You’ll find basic toiletries and plenty of towels in the bathrooms - one upstairs near the queen bedroom and one downstairs with a sliding door to partition shower/toilet from sink. Sauna is also located in downstairs bathroom and accommodate two adults.

As a family of three, we understand the convenience of having a family-friendly home. We provide a booster seat, portable crib with a 2" mattress, blackout curtains, and toys/games.
Guest access
All areas of interior and exterior with the following exceptions: Exterior sheds and closets, upstairs owners closet, and the locked door within game storage room. Please also do not use the lower entrance door from the gravel walkway. The upper door is for guest use.
Other things to note
**Access road is plowed and maintained in the winter, however 4WD/AWD and winter tires highly recommended!

Super fast 1Gbps up/down fiber internet with excellent wifi coverage in all rooms supporting wifi 6.
There is limited/no cell service on the mountain, please use wifi calling to make phone calls.

The fireplace is disconnected during the summer season, typically late May through early November. The fireplace is currently out of order until late Dec (we are getting a new one!)
