Great Stay!
Our stay was amazing. Our room was clean and spacious, with very high ceilings and comfortable beds. There was a lot of natural light and also blackout shades. The staff was great, including room service. The rooftop bar was delightful with wonderful staff. They even gave us a parting gift based on some comments we made about products that we liked at the hotel. Wonderful experience.

Excellent stay. Lovely hotel close to all tourist sites and shopping district. Staff are very helpful and service is excellent. Loved their breakfast and in room dinning.

Overall excellent hotel. The rooms are a good size by European standards. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, in particular Alejandro at the VIP Lounge was extremely helpful and welcoming. Thank you Alejandro! I hope we can find other Alejandros at other Ritz hotels😃
