This hotel is very lovely with exact location where we loved to. It is in center and very near all the historic place like gamla stan and all other nice area. Room was very clean and housekeeping was very lovely, everyday they cleaned our room although room was tiny as well as toilet. Breakfast was wonderful but it can be more update if add some vegan items so who don’t eat pork they have a choice for vegan. KICHEN staff was very lovely except KICHEN old lady who was very rude with me and my husband. I don’t know why she was so bossy on us and sometimes we noticed she staring at us which was very uncomfortable and unfortunate . We believe she needs proper training how to deal with customers but not treat your customers like idiot. However apart of unexpected situation everything was excellent I would say. Thank you

Thoroughly enjoyable stay at Freys. Good sized room for a short break, 2 adults and 2 children, although the bathroom was very small. Comfortable beds Excellent location; central, walkable but quiet. Very convenient for Arlanda Express. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely return - location is hard to beat.

Frets Hotel is perfectly located across the street from the central train station. It is an ideal location if you have just arrived in Stockholm and are needing to sleep after your flight. The rooms are small but adequate and very clean and comfortable. The restaurant serves a delicious and expansive breakfast. The hotel is close to many of the things and places you will want to see in Stockholm.

Very convenient hotel for central Stockholm and Arlanda Express. Only issue we had was our room was adjacent to the hotel loading bay which was very noisy from 0600 onwards in the morning with deliveries. The staff were very helpful and a there was an excellent selection of breakfast food, although the dining area was very busy. Certainly recommend this hotel.

Although the decor was dated and the rooms very small, this is a clean, solid hotel with excellent staff and a good breakfast. Close to the train station but the area was better than you’d expect for being near a train station. Disappointing cancellation policies. Had to cancel two room 5 days in advance. They were non-refundable but, while in US you would get a refund, here we did not. Understandable if the rooms couldn’t be rented but I believe they were. Unfortunately, lost about $650.

The location is ideal for city activities, The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful, The staff were very professional and friendly but the room was small. The property needs updating and modernising and looks a bit tired but again the reception and cleaning staff were exceptional. Would I stay there again? Yes with a much bigger room.
