I reserved for a premium room with a king bed. When I checked in at 430pm and was told my room is not ready. They made to me to wait 15 minutes. The clerk handed a key with some papers but didn't give me any explanations of what those papers were. Next morning when my wife and I went down to get breakfast, the clerk asked for our 2 meal tickets. I told him we don't have them because we weren't made aware of the meal tickets when we checked in. Also, there was a parking permit slip given to us but we weren't aware of it either because no explanation during check in.

Was charged a $50 cash deposit , room was a non smoking but smelled like cigarettes and. Sheet covers had cigarette holes, only had 3 small shower towels. I would not go back.
