The location and price were affordable for my needs. The staff was very friendly. My room was clean and functional. I was pleasantly surprised that my room had a very nice view of the riverfront. My only disappointment was the water pressure in the room. It could have been better. Still my stsy was very good.

Great Stay contact hotel for excellent service
The stat at the hotel was great, but I wished the beds actually had blankets on them. Instead on thin comforter and sheets only. But it was still quite comfortable there. I would definitely go back and stay again. Staff is extremely friendly and I guess I could of asked for blankets, but didn't. Overall great stay. Just don't book through this site. Cheaper it rent at hotel $120 verses $156.

The TV did not work. The rooms were not very clean. Shower curtain had some mold on it. We found junk underneath the bed and parking was terrible the way they do. Their parking is not very convenient and I would probably not stay there again and there’s a lot of pothead smoking, dope, taking people out in the parking lot and up and around the hotel not a very good place for any family.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Someone had clearly smoked in the room before we arrived. I let the staff know that. Some sort of spray had been used to get rid of the smoke smell, but it didn't work very well. We were offered another room, but declined. We just wanted to let them know so we would not be charged the $250 fine for smoking in the room. The facility itself was fine. But we felt unsafe there. When we arrived 2 people were arguing loudly just off the motel grouds. That went on for about 45 minutes.There were also people wandering around outside in the middle of the night. I got up three times during the night to check on our car to see if it had been broken into. It was so loud with people milling about outside that we barely slept. Throw in the train and road noise for a very restless night.

The property is in a very rough area in downtown Stockton. When I returned from a drive to a grocery store to get supplies, three guys were hanging out in the parking lot drinking beer. It didn’t feel like a safe place. The rooms were clean, but poorly maintained.
