Terrible Hotel
My stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Stone Mountain, GA was an absolute nightmare. The problems began the moment I checked in and only worsened as my stay progressed. First, I was horrified to find my initial room in a state of utter uncleanliness. The sheets were visibly stained, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was a general sense of neglect. After complaining to the front desk, I was reluctantly moved to a new room, but this did little to improve my experience. The staff's attitude was shockingly poor throughout my stay. My requests for basic amenities and assistance were met with indifference or outright rudeness. It felt as if they were doing me a favor by addressing my concerns, rather than providing the service one would expect at a hotel. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was truly disappointing. Adding to the misery was the terrible breakfast. The food was stale, the selection was minimal, and the dining area was poorly maintained. The supposed "hot" breakfast items were lukewarm at best and unappetizing. It was clear that little effort was put into ensuring guests had a pleasant start to their day. Overall, my stay at Comfort Inn and Suites in Stone Mountain was far from comfortable. From the unclean rooms and dreadful service to the subpar breakfast, every aspect of my stay was a letdown. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly not be returning.

The hallways smelled the carpet needs replacing all the ice machine do not work the safety latch on our door was broken the water only got warm the refrigerator was not very cold. If you can find a hotel for around the same price stay there

Property has diminished over the years carpet need to be replaced, filthy. Upon on entering the lobby there’s a very unpleasant odor. The towel rack in bathroom broke light fixtures broken. This place needs to be completely remodeled.

Expedia put this hotel at very good! This is the complete opposite, very nasty from the carpets to the walls and the bathroom. Looks like they haven’t cleaned the room in weeks. Also price does not match the condition of the hotel. Waste of time and money!!!!

My husband dropped off my teenage son so he could rest after a sports tournament he was in. My husband went to pick me up at the airport and my son called to say the room smelled like smoke. My husband called the hotel and explained the smell and the person said all rooms are no smoking. My husband tried to explain and the worker just acted like he didn’t understand English and continued to say “all rooms are no smoking”. When my husband and I got to the hotel there were some women loitering in the parking lot. They were loud and obnoxious and it was 11:30 at night. When we entered the hotel I thought it seemed a little dirty but when we entered the elevator was when I realized how disgusting this place was. The floor was very dirty, the walls were dirty and some parts of trim, etc were falling of the walls. When we got to the room it smelled like pot. Obviously someone had been smoking THC vapes in this room. The carpet was disgusting, the walls and the bathroom were as well. It was so bad we left and got another room. I was afraid we would catch something staying in this place. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!
