We just stayed on the 4th floor of the Aurora Hotel in a 3 bed family room. Here are the facts:
The room furniture appeared new or nearly new and was tastefully decorated. It was not worn out. The beds were twin size width-exactly 38" wide. In the US, two twin beds put together equal a California King bed. The heating/temperature in the room is easily controlled by turning the knob located in the lower right corner of the radiator. It can be turned off. A window is easily openable for cold outside air if desired. Our room directly faced the main road into the airport. Surprisingly, the flights stopped around 8PM and did not resume until the next morning making the noise level almost negligible. The windows are surprisingly noise resistent anyway, so it didn't matter, since it is so quiet. The shower has only a half glass door partition, a bad choice by the remodelers of the bathroom and water can splash easily onto the main floor of the bathroom. However, this can be mostly remedied by placing a rolled towel at the entrance into the shower but you will still probably get some splash onto the floor.
A key fact: the distance from the entrance of the hotel to the nearest corner of the terminal building was measured by me to be 267 yards or 801 feet or 244 meters. It is not, and I repeat, not 300 feet or 100 meters or anything close to it. This was measured in the straightest path possible since most people would choose not to crawl over 3 foot piles of lava rock landscaping.
