The hotel was exactly what we needed as a base to visit Venice and departing at the airport. The number 5 bus outside the hotel took us into the Grand Canal. We booked a shuttle to the airport for 15 euros. Nice coffee shop next door for coffee and croissant and a good bar down the road for dinner. Room was clean and comfy so would recommend it for a short visit en route to your next destination

I was warmly greeted by Andrea at the front desk, whose customer service was outstanding. She was extremely with information I needed about transportation. Hotel location is perfect for getting your flight. Bust stop very close.

This place is all about the location. Right next to the airport, it helps if you need to catch an early flight. The staff was very helpful. Other than that, I would not recommend the hotel. It's a 5/5 transit hotel. Clean and efficient.

Friendly staff. Room was big. Rustic decor, room was large and clean. Bathroom newly renovated. Shuttle to airport should be arranged 24hrs before departure day. Bus stop approx. 150m from hotel. Bus route goes straight to Venice and to Airport. Taxi/Uber ride to/from airport is less than a 5min drive. Walkable distance to airport if needed.

AC was broken, the room was so hot we weren’t able to sleep. It was a simple wall u it directly on top of the bathroom door that kept making loud banging noise every 10 minutes like clockwork. So on top of the heat, it sounded like gunshots. Pillows were like rocks. We asked for new ones, they said they don’t have. Sheets had crumbs inside of them upon check in. Bathroom sink was clogged. Just the worst. 0/10.

It's located near the airport but not a very active commercial area. Hotel shuttle service is not convenient for people to travel from the airport to the hotel. Public bus system is conveniently located nearby the hotel but was not clearly stated in the hotel info. Bus fare was not prorated for its nearby distance (second stop) from the airport to the hotel. Hotel is very clean. But furniture is very outdated. Bed is very comfortable. There is a very limited space for the luggage to be opened during stay. It is very convenient to have a safe in the room.
